They delivered my package to the wrong address and the wrong person signed for my package. The driver did not check to make sure he had the right address for the delivery and now my $225 package that I wanted for the 4th of July celebration there's nowhere to be found. You called to try and figure out what happened and I believe you get a hold of customer service in India that speaks very poor English and is really of no help. In the future I will not choose FedEx to deliver a package for me I would recommend UPS or the United States postal service for shipping.

Paid for 2 day took 4 days to deliver, tracking stated it was due to weather but I'd disagree with that as route package was to be dilivered had no concern for weather at that time???.

Either FedEx is dishonest or incompetent. I ordered a product from the Washington state area last Thursday and was promised delivery by today (according to the FedEx app and website they were showing delivery of 9/19 by end of day all week) and then pow middle of the day today (9/19) delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow. App says one thing, customer service agent says another and manager says something all together different. Interestingly enough this package required a signature and my wife who works from home was here waiting for it to arrive, but this FedEx driver has been know to not knock and assume there is no one here because our vehicles are never in the driveway. We have called and complained on several occasions about this, but no seems to want to listen or care, so I guess it’s other delivery services from here on. FedEx deserves 0 stars for this one.

One of the worst carriers I've dealt with. Numerous times never showed up on the scheduled date from their own site. Tracking not updated as well as USPS or UPS. Unfortunately I'm a buyer and not a seller, but if I was a seller I would not use them.
