Beware! I knew the problem with my well and discussed it with the owner via email and telephone. I scheduled a service call and was told the $250 charge would be applied to needed work. The technicians asked to come early because they were in the area. No problem. The technicians were courteous and confirmed the diagnosis I discussed earlier with the owner, but they did not have the equipment needed to do the repair (backhoe, etc.). I discussed extras with them (pressure tank replacement etc.). They were at my home for not more than 10 minutes. When I received the estimate from Berg, I asked Berg to confirm that the $250 service call would be applied to the needed work. Berg refused and said the service call was on top of the estimate. I disputed the $250 charge and contacted another well drilling company that did the work for about half the Berg estimate.

I needed a new pressure tank. I called Berg in the morning and they came out and fixed it the same day! The entire process was handled quickly and efficiently from the first phone call until I paid the invoice that was emailed to me. Can't thank you enough Berg! Service: Pump repairs & installation

Berg Well drilling had a job on Michigan Trail and instead drove down our private road that has no access to Michigan Trail. They had two big trucks that turned around in our driveway and hit several of our trees multiple times. Here are the pictures of the damage. If you care about your trees perhaps not the best company to do business with. The company when. contacted did respond quickly and provided restitution for the tree damage.

They made sure everything was set, answered all my questions and they made sure that I was satisfied before they left. The price was extremely reasonable! I had a new pump and water back on within three hours, I could not ask for anything better.I would highly recommend

Then today asked us to sign a “contract” with proposed dollar amount and a 50% deposit before ever inspecting our well. I agreed, but added a note to their contract stating we would pay only for the work that is completed. Junior (supposedly a Pastor) flew off the handle, yelling at me, talking over me because I added the additional comment, and hung up on me. I called back asking that the owner of the company call me. What do you know… it’s his father. Senior defended his sons absolutely unprofessional behavior, insulted me and refused to fix our well. It’s been 3 weeks dealing with these idiots and we still have no water.

We made a call Friday morning, they came out at noon to check it out, and Saturday morning were at our place for 4 hours to reroute/replace the pipe to our house which was leaking at a connection.
