I have been using this pharmacy since I've started getting a regular prescription for over a year. I've never had any problems until I did. The biggest complaint I have is how rude the employees were.

I love love love this pharmacy! All the pharmacists greet me with a smile and a hello. They know me and my family along with our history. It reminds me of the days back where people took the time to get to know you. <3

I used their pharmacy for years, until recently. Every month my doctor calls my script in & almost every month they don’t have it, or they have partial. I wouldn’t mind it but when I go to pick up the rest of the script they say (once I’m there) that they don’t have it. They do not send out a courtesy call or nothing regarding that, you would think if they didn’t have someone’s medicine that they’d call & let the person know...nope. Rude employees, unpleasant & unprofessional. I will not be using their pharmacy anymore, good luck to those who do!

Fair prices and the pharmacist is helpful. Better than Walgreens. Knows what won’t interact with your medication without a computer screen blinking to tell them. They have Walmart beat.

The store is ok for the most part and the employees are nice. However, for the love of God, do NOT huy the XOXO brand of bras that they carry. I've gotten at least 5 of those brand of bras and each and every time it's a month or less and the wires start coming out and is no longer wearable. It's ridiculous.

Unfortunately, I've had doctors office suggest using a different pharmacy. I always am told to fill my medicines that "it will take up to a week" until they can get that medicine it. Currently they have messed one prescription up 3 times, have had to contact my doctors office, and then filled an incorrect prescription from a completely different doctor (I was the one to correct the mistake). They have more than once only gave me "a 5 days dose" on a heart medicine and told me i would have to come back to get the rest filled (prompting my heart doctor to advise me getting a new pharmacy.) I've dropped off prescriptions before, came back 2 hours later to be told they don't carry that medicine. They have my number on file and did not bother to contact me. I then struggled to get the electronic prescription moved to another office.

I show up at the time I was told it would be ready, and I was told they didn't have it. I was further told to come back on following day. On the next day, I showed up and bought the refill, which was the wrong one from the one I needed and ordered. Long story short, I ended up paying for both refills, and spending over $100 on an eye drop that I didn't need. Of course, they can't return this un-opened eye drop. Completely incompetent. I plan to go elsewhere after this poor service.
