I quit going there because of the rudeness of certain employees. The last time was during he height of Covid before I'd received the vaccine, I'm also older & high risk, so when the cashier told me to touch the pen pad simply to say No I didn't want a receipt, I asked her if she'd do it since there was no reason for me to as I paid cash & other stores were polite & understanding, she instead huffed, rolled her eyes & popped off at me that I had opened the door, which I had used a Kleenex so as not to touch & wasn't her business or place to demean a customer in that manner in front others in line. That's the demeanor that seems to prevail in that particular store.

This store has twice the amount of products as I normally see in stores. Staff is super friendly and if they get busy manager will come out and open register. Absolutely love this store.

I went to the store the time was 554, I know this because I was on a strict schedule. I had to run in to get a couple gift bags and a card. As I was walking up to the door I noticed a sign that stated closing at 6:00. Great I will not be long, or so I thought. The man that was walking ahead of me was turned away the lady at the door stated that they were closed. I got back in my car and noticed it was 555. Well I returned to the door and advised the lady that it was not 6pm. She refused to welcome myself and several other people in the store. I showed her my time on my phone it was now 556 and asked her “what time does this phone say which is absolutely correct” she said it is 6pm we are closed. Not happy I went back to my car and sat for 5 minutes and watched as she turned several people away before 6pm. I get that they have staffing issues but the sign said 6pm and it should be open until 6pm. This is the 3rd time this store has closed early in the last couple months that I have tried to go there. I get that you want to go home but I can’t close up shop at my job early just because I want to go home. She was extremely rude and completely disrespectful. This is a busy location and if that is the employees you want to employ I will go elsewhere. Rather pay more and feel welcomed then to be disrespected. Bad day or not absolutely no excuse for her behavior! So I went to Walmart and spent 20 bucks on 2 cards and 6 gift bags, which should have only cost me 8 bucks! Ridiculous!
