Four stars because they don’t have Electric vehicle charging in the parking lot. I have found several other Meijer’s to have chargers, but not this one. Great feel to the place and no issues finding any groceries. They have a really good selection and also support Apple Pay.

Pretty pricey for their products, but they are known for being on the expensive end. I was a bit disappointed at the lack of product availability, but that could honestly be a supply chain issue. The employees were nowhere to be found. The only 2 we saw, was one at the door as we were leaving and one person restocking. There were no employees at cash registers or in departments. This was worrisome.

I bought a fruit medley and some salad kits in the produce section it was not fresh the very next day the lettuce was wet and wilted the pineapple in the fruit medley was bubbling already all the produce I has bought I had to toss. The one nice thing I can say is the greeter saw me walking with my cane and greeted me with a motorized cart.

At 11:50 I went to the deli to get a rotisserie chicken as I approached the counter the bill went off and they were done I asked the young lady behind the counter could I have one and she said in a rude manner it'll be a minute 20 minutes later after she lollygagged on other items that aren't being waited on she looked at me and got her cell phone out deliberately started texting. I'm not an impatient person but rude is rude.

Yesterday I went to the store on Charlestown Rd. to return a piece of luggage. As soon as I walked through the front door, the greeter informed me that the customer service desk was closed. I questioned her again and she said that there was no one working at the service desk so it was closed. I had driven about 20 miles to make this return and we know how expensive gas is these days. I walked down to the customer service desk and another employee was working nearby. I told her that I had a return and she said, once again, the customer service desk was closed. She suggested that I drive to the store in Jeffersonville and “maybe” their service desk would be open. Of course, I was not happy with that answer so I asked to speak to the manager. I was very pleasant and did not cause a scene but I was not going to drive all the way home and “try” it another day! A woman (manager, I assume) came over begrudgingly and mumbled, “it’s not my fault people don’t show up to work.” I understand the frustration with today’s employee issues but you can’t take it out on your customers! They happily accepted my money for the purchase but they certainly felt that my return (and gas money) were not important … so much for CUSTOMER SERVICE. She finally processed my return but I knew she was NOT happy with me. I thanked her and went on my way. Because of this incident, Meijers has lost me as a customer.

Delivery was great from Meijer. But our person who did our delivery order forgot our orange juice and didn’t message us that there wasn’t any there. Delivery fee was less than Kroger’s which is why we chose to do a delivery grocery order here.

I'd give this place 8/10 on cleanliness, 7/10 on friendliness, and I'm going with a 3/10 on navigation/stock. I visit this location fairly regularly for grocery delivery, which in the case of Meijer means I have to go through and actually do the customer's shopping which I don't typically mind, but most of the time I can't find many items simply because they are not on the shelves (sold out/not restocked) and it seems very few things are actually where they say they'll be at. It is manageable for the most part, but really seems they just need to restock more often and maybe work on the organization of some of their isles.
