TERRIBLE service. I ordered a baby book for my child, and the mailman BENT it in half and put it in our mailbox. It’s a hard cover book, so there is a big crease in it. I went to the post office to show the man working there what the mailman did and he said there’s nothing they can do about it now. I said I want it replaced and not only did he LAUGH but he said it’s bulk mail so it is what it is. I told him I was very upset and to tell the mailman not to bend books and put it in peoples mail and he said he would and that I’m not the first person who’s had problems and I won’t be the last. This is ridiculous and disrespectful to someone’s mail. The right thing would be to replace it or at least ship me a new book, but instead they shrug their shoulders.

The lady at the front desk (I forgot her name! I think it's "Linda"?) and gentleman, Gary, were super helpful. I'm lucky to have such a lovely post office!!
