Slowest service I've ever had. 5 people working but only 1 helping customers. They ran out of food, cool no big deal or happens. They ignored the people in line who may have wanted items they had (I did). I fly through MSP weekly. I will not be back.

The service was lackluster at best and the food was bland although hot. When I asked a question to increase my order by adding items I was already cashed out at the register with no recourse available. It seemed to me that my patronage was a bother to the staff.

I work at the airport and panda's food but the employees are not friendly and horrible people. sometimes i feel like they give attitude for no reason. one of the employees yelled at me in front of the passengers because she couldn't hear me. it is not first or second time that i noticed their attitude toward me is aggressive. i decided from today on i will never go to that place.

NOt horrible food, just ok enough to fill you up. Over priced of course. The beeg was overaly breaded, the chicken was flavorless, and noodles were just about right. I have such low expectations and those were met, but it was fast and hot. The people were friendly. Food is just flavorless, lack of spice, etc. Like going to a health nut place where all salt and good tasting spices are removed........

Pretty straightforward, they are not the super friendliest but the food is hot, the service is fast (which is needed in an airport food court) and the line goes pretty fast. You have to be pretty quick to change your mind when they don’t have what you want, but overall very quick and fresh food.

Should of looked at the reviews before ordering food here. Probably the worst "hospitality" a.k a customer service (which I paid 4% for that was added to our bill) that I've ever experienced!!!!! She even dropped my change in my hand with an attitude. Absolutely ridiculous.

The servers were rude when customers asked question. There were people walking out of line it was so bad. The cook out the wrong sauce on the orange chicken. I have never experienced service this bad.

This has to be worst customer service experience coupled with rudeness in my 42 years on earth. The big lady cashier with a mole on her lips is the absolute worst. And dont get me started on how nasty the food is. Tasteless with spoiled onions being more than the chicken

This location had everything good I expect from Big Panda: hot tasty food, big amounts, fast courteous service, no empty serving dishes, clean/sanitary conditions, and a better value than the Wendy’s next door (WAAAY better than the Chick-Fil-A also in this area). Hit ‘em up.
