We just moved from one home to another (in town) and it was our first time using Two Men and a Truck. We learned about them through my sister and were EXTREMELY impressed in their hard work, professionalism and care for our items. They were always extremely responsive before, during and after the move and I would recommend them to anyone!

First, the three men who worked on my project were courteous and professional. Beyond that, they worked like beavers...never stopping until the job was done. Clearly they have experience working together and collaborated with each other. They were as careful with my possessions as I am and took extra steps to ensure that the fragile items were handled with kid gloves. I would definitely contract with Two Men and a Truck again and would look for the same three men to handle any future moving projects.

Moving can be/is so stressful. I have used Two Men and a Truck in the past, very happy. This time the move was rather small, but still seemed very stressful. AMAZING work from this crew! They worked their tails off on a hot August day, got my stuff picked up and packed in less time than I expected, delivered it perfectly and unpacked it quickly. They did a great job fitting a piece of furniture into a space that I thought would not fit. These guys are total pros and I would definitely recommend. Super responsive, communicative, and nice. This is the first time I've ever used a professional moving crew and I would definitely use this company again. They really made a stressful day so much easier.

Edit: I received a call saying they found our mirror! They will drop it off tomorrow, which I’m thankful for rather than having to pick it up. *I will edit if/when we get our mirror back I really wish I could give a higher review. The one star is solely because I talked to some really friendly people, and none of our things were damaged BUT getting ahold of someone to help us when 1) our movers were running really behind and when 2) one of our larger more expensive furniture items (a nice mirror) was left on the truck. We were originally told our movers would arrive between 11:00AM-3:00PM and there was no communication day-of. 2:30PM rolls around and I begin to call to get ahold of someone since my husband and I were waiting around all day unsure of when the movers would arrive. I ended up driving to the closest location to be told the movers were running very behind. They ended up not getting to our house until 4:00PM. When they did arrive to our house they were quick and efficient but you could tell they were getting tired quickly. They told us their morning move was double the estimate hence why they were late and tired to our move. At the end of the night, we decided to let them go rather than have them move all our stuff around to the exact spots (large furniture items were where they were supposed to be but not boxes) because we knew they were doing a 13+ hour day. However, we quickly discovered that our mirror was missing. We checked our old property and new property, and it was no where to be found. I called and was told someone would get back to me quickly about it. I waited overnight and no call. My husband called and was on a 20 minute hold before he just decided to drive over. He was told he would get a call within an hour or two. We are still waiting for this call and have no idea if our mirror is even still in tact. Overall, nice friendly people but very difficult to get ahold of for important things and low time estimations given.

From start to end the company both the folks "in the office" and the movers were transparent, professional and personable. The move like probably most moves had "moving pieces"/obstacles that required adjustment. When that happened, instead of it being a problem it was immediately communicated and a collaboration of the movers and myself occurred. They gave solid advise, options and asked how I would like to proceed. I am grateful for this as if they went with the original plan, my expenses would have been about doubled. They wanted not the most profitable solution, just to do as I wanted. It turned out what I wanted was solutions that I hadn't thought of and provided by the movers that saved me money. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone moving of any type. There were no gotchas or surprises that came from them, they alerted me to the general gotchas that occurred that were out of anyone's control and gave solid advice and options with great candor. I am grateful for the experience, which I never thought I would say about a move.

I had used them a few times in the past and was very satisfied - that is up until my last experience this past fall. The moving team damaged 4 pieces of furniture in one move (all dropped in the street or on sidewalks). I, of course, asked for compensation for the damaged items, especially considering that insurance is included in their itemized bill and we as customers are charged for it each time. They refused and insisted that they would have the items repaired (one piece was marble and was cracked and chipped thus not repairable). One of their stipulations was that they would transport the furniture to and from the repair shop (of their choosing, not mine) which is absurd considering that the furniture was damaged in their care in the first place. I made it clear that I was not satisfied with their offer so now we are at a stalemate and I still have 4 pieces of busted up furniture. So, if you end up with a butterfingers, careless crew like I did, do not expect things to go well and for Two Men And A Truck to do the right thing and make good on their mistakes.
