Wanted to give a shout out to Steve! I was accidentally given breakfast egg rolls instead of the pork egg rolls I ordered which is not a big deal because mistakes happen but it was Steve that made sure I was taken care of by ensuring I would have my pork egg rolls next time I returned!! Thanks for the excellent customer service, Steve!!

The last few times I ran in for a snacks the Hotspot has been virtually empty. Today I stopped during lunch. There were no cheese burgers for over 10 mins and I had to wait an additional 5 for them to make one. There was very little fried chicken. I'm tired of coming in and finding nothing to eat.

Stopped to get a car was 1/27/2020. Got home and was wiping the car down and there was still dirt on the windshield frame....both sides!!! What the heck? Wouldn't say a total waste of money but why bother going thru the time and cost if the car is still going to be dirty?

Only buy gas here. Never has food or fresh food available. I commute a lot for work and often I stop by kwik trips for quick food between stops. This is one of the worst ones I have been to for anything but gas. Why have a daily special if you aren't even gonna have it available. Better off crossing the river and stopping at the Hudson location if it's on the way.

Great staff and quick service but I was disappointed on my trip today as I picked an egg roll off the roller grill that was marked as a pork egg roll and it was the teriyaki egg roll when I bit into it. I know it only costed $1 so I didn't go back in but I was really bummed as I don't care for the teriyaki egg roll.
