What's the point if everything is sold or pending. The reason for the 1 star is cuz it's the SAME SITE for Universal and 2 other places. SAME exact. So ... It's a no for me and all the other smart people out there. Be just NO

I had a great experience having my new to me '95 fifth wheel serviced here. Jesse went above and beyond to help put my mind at ease. I had originally scheduled to have my bearings packed and asked to have my breaks checked. They were booked out for a month but I was willing to wait, and am now happy I did. Once I got in for my appointment, I added on an LP check. Jesse took the extra time and found my fridge wasn't igniting, so he fixed that for me. He went over everything done and made sure I was comfortable before driving off. I'd definitely recommend them and will be back in the future!

This team has taken care of my motorhome for 17 years and they do marvelous work. I trust them to have my best interest at heart. Sometimes there is a few week wait to get routine service, but it is well worth the wait!

Great place! We brought our RV in for some engine work, and they were able to track down a difficult problem with our deisel engine and fix it for a very reasonable price. They are very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Buy RV Sell RV!

We purchased a used motor home this past June. We have had it in the shop 6 times and have spent over $10,000 on repairs. we are currently stranded in Mesa AZ waiting for it to be repaired, hopefully the last time. We were told that it had gone through a complete inspection and everything was working. NOT TRUE! We have had to repair everything from both AC's, Jacks, all the gaskets, fuel filter, oil filter, major oil leaks, refrigerator lights, toilet valve and gaskets. There are still items that need to be repaired that we will need to address later. We have had Freightliner, Pleasure RV repair and Cummins working on this rig. We hope that this last repair which will be over $4,000 will our last. The rig was totally unsafe to drive. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! We called several times to Buy RV Sell RV they were not concerned, they went so far as to "walk us through" on how to use these items that weren't working, assuming we didn't know anything about RV's. This is our 6th RV we have owned, this is not our "first rodeo.." This is however, a major nightmare and over $10,000 spent just to get it safe to drive. 1/9/19. THIS IS AN UPDATE FROM MY LAST POST After 4 days in the Cumins repair shop all the gaskets were replaced and the cost was $4000 not including our hotel and meals cost during that time. They also discovered that the power steering pump bolts were falling off. We were lucky to get as far as we did without a serious accident. This is one of many repairs needed. The “dealer” at the one time said he had gone thru the coach and everything was working. These repairs and replacements were very obvious to him, if he did what he said he did and that’s go thru everything prior to our purchase. As of today we have spent over $24,000 in repair that have been documented. This doesn’t include the repair of the dash heat and AC that we discovered in our travels are not working. It’s become a habit of checking and rechecking the systems before we move it (we are still having trouble with the jacks and one slide that doesn’t work properly.) These were also “checked out” by the dealer and stated nothing was wrong with them. My husband and I have become nervous wrecks when ever we hear sounds or something that isn’t quite right with the coach. We purchased this motor home in good faith and know that in MN when you buy a vehicle “as is” you’re responsible for it, however this is way over the top. Please beware of the “Buy RV SELL RV and any other dealers out there that are selling. We have contacted this dealer only to be given instructions on how to operate the motor home. As I stated before this is not our first RV and thankfully my husband is a competent mechanic or we would still be stranded in AZ. We are traveling through NM, we hope to get through the state without any major breakdowns, other than the heat system not working. Incidentally, it has been in the 20’s and 30’s during our travels. We will eventually have a mechanic look at the system and repair it. Buyers beware! Don’t believe what you hear, wish we would have.
