Went in today and the cashier didn't say a single word to me, nor the person in front of me. Didn't make for an inviting experience. Would I go back? Sure, its a gas station and I don't expect much. But should probably have a person who can at least fake a smile.

absolutley amazing employees this morning. Friend of mine only had a little bit to put in his gas... didn3 on a cars, i went inside to pay 3 more with cash.. found out they dont do partial payments cause i was going to put in $2 i had on my card, but since they couldnt i had decided to try and just do the $2 at the pump..... once I got out there to pump the additional $3, they came over the speaker just before it hit $3 and said "Dont worry pump 18, just keep going..."...? way confused by this i peeked over at the store front to them waving me on and to keep pumping over the $3... i was real nervous cause neither one of us had the amount it was climbing to.... i kept checking, they assured me it was okay and to keep going. It stopped at $20..... They put in an additional $17 themselves to help out with the gas situation... granted i mean, we were able to do $6 which a handful of years ago wouldve made a bigger difference. Definitely wanted to point this gas station out cause that was a real moment. We didn't know each other and that Act of Random Kindness was truly felt. Thank you so much. The kindness and generosity was and is and will be greatly appreciated and passed along in some fashion

I came here at 1 o’clock today and always look forward to a hot dog or brat from Holiday for lunch. The rollers had nothing on them and wasn’t even running. The lady told us they should have some going tomorrow. Disappointing.. I’m sure there are many other people still looking for lunch at this time.

I specifically did not buy a hatco item today because all of the containers of the sauce I wanted to get it with were expired. This is usually the case.

Never had a problem here before today. The lady would not authorize the pump because the front license plate was not mounted. However, the back one was mounted and we did show the front one, which they did match. She still wouldn't. I'm sorry I don't want to drill holes in my vehicle to appease a power trip. One more holiday left, around me, to keep my business.

This Holiday is decent, but I don't recommend coming here for a fountain drink. That's because this Holiday has an ice machine that provides ice in very small pieces, instead of regular size ice cubes, and so the ice melts very quickly. This is especially an issue during the summer months. I hope Holiday stops using these new ice machines soon.

I am a SSG in the Minnesota National Guard based out of the Anoka Field Artillery Unit and our convoy stops to refuel at this location on a monthly basis. The store manager which I didn't catch her name was so nice and friendly she bought us our breakfast for the day. I will always appreciate this locations business and will always make my way here when in the area. Thank you so much you really made our day!

This large Holiday station has a carwash, a large beverage selection, including hot tea and coffee. I personally prefer to stop at Super America's due to their rewards programs, but I will make an exception for this station. There is also a redbox out front.

While the station itself isn't bad on the inside, busy, and decently maintained, the manager of this location is an absolute horribly person. I was inside when he was yelling, not loudly talking, straight up yelling at a Coke delivery driver. Poor guy hadn't done anything wrong from what I could tell. Not the first time either. Could hear him screaming at an employee in the back room. If this is what Holiday calls management, they're not a reputable business.

I currently live in Minnesota as a college student and have found that Holidays are my favorite gas stations in the state, as we have different stations in Wisconsin. I have never had a problem with any Holiday I've ever gotten gas from until the one in Ramsey, MN. I usually pay inside after pumping to avoid holds on my account and I hate to prepay especially when I'm not at empty because I don't want to under pay or over pay. I went to go fill up from half a tank the other night at the Ramsey station and did the usual process of choosing to pay inside and getting the nozzle all set in my tank. It was taking an unusually long time for them to authorize the pump and I was just about to go inside and complain when a girl came over the loud speaker saying something about pump 7 which I was at. I was frustrated because it was late at night and freezing cold and I couldn't hear what she said so I grabbed my purse and went in. They ignored me for a few minutes as I stood there waiting for an explanation and finally when they acknowledged me they told me that since I have Wisconsin plates they wouldn't authorize my pump to be able to pay inside after. I thought this was ridiculous as that was always my form of payment and asked why and they claimed Wisconsin license plates drive off without paying too much so they make them pay at the pump or prepay. Needless to say I was pretty upset after standing outside in the Minnesota winter waiting to pump gas only to find out that due to my Wisconsin residency they wouldn't allow me to pump and pay after. My boyfriend who is a Minnesota resident even tried talking to them and they wouldn't budge and began getting very rude and pushy with us. After all this I decided to take my business elsewhere and will never return to that Holiday gas station ever again. I was treated poorly both because of the situation of them treating me as if I was going to drive off from the pump without paying and then the way their employees handled the situation. Terrible customer service. If you're from Wisconsin or anyone out of state I'd avoid this Holiday like the plague.
