Horrible customer service! You enter and nobody greets you, there was 6 employees on the floor and no one acknowledged me. I was going to buy two phones plus accessories, I left! after 15 minutes unattended, go to to another store that deserves your money.

Great service all around with Ray - walked in to return my old iPhone 12 because I upgraded to the new 14 online and received it in mail. T-Mobile required I mail it back in at a USPS location and print the shipping label they sent me via email. Ray offered to print out all the material, and then because he could see I was annoyed by having to go make another stop at the post office and find a box to package this up, he went in the back and grabbed an old box, wrapped it up for me. Meanwhile, provided great customer service and was very personable, and professional. Great employee and job well done T-Mobile. Take care of him or else someone will recruit him away. 🙏🏼

Called for a simple question (to see if they had a phone case in stock) . The guy put me on hold because he was going to check the back. 30 minutes later and still on hold I walk in and everybody acts like they never got a call. There was like 6 employees there. Whoever that guy was, no one admitted to answering that call. Little chicken boys. Ridiculous. I hope this place bvrns down. Waste of time.

Don't bother asking anyone for help with your actual phone. Unless you're buying something, they are no help at all. "I don't know" and "we're not technicians" is what I got when asking even the most basic questions about a malfunctioning phone. Rethinking carriers after Sprint has been my only carrier ever since 1995.

Worst experience with Sprint and TMobile. I’ve been a customer during 13 years with sprint. Went to the store (T-Mobile because no more sprint store) in January and get a new phone for one of my 5 lines. Phone paid in full. Then all my lines have been migrated to T-Mobile. Now both sprint and T-Mobile are refusing to unlock my phone because it has been one day on sprint … and it need to be at least 40 days. I called them probably 20 times and they are saying “ a case was filled, don’t worry it will be solved in a week” … and when I called them back I go back to the first step Same company but different when they can mess with customer.

If you are searching for a carrier that is easy to contact, walk into there store receive repairs, speak with live representative on the phone and deal with insurance claims, this is NOT the carrier to choose! Customer Service is terrible! I had better service when it was Sprint alone. I have 4 lines and I am searching for a new carrier!

Went in to upgrade my iPhone around 11:30 and received great customer service from all I spoke with. The manager also checked on me while my phone was transferring data. The whole process took about 45 minutes. Thanks to Ben for his professionalism. This Is the level of service that is far from common.
