We came to the Base Camp for a conference and ate at this subway for lunch 5 days in a row since this is the closest eatery in the area, given an hour for lunch. Subway is subway no matter which one you go. However, this subway is not like any Subway franchise. They have a unique menu, and the price is much higher than the rest of the franchise....a combo for 6 inches is $14.

Disgusting place. People sleeping right by, loitering and employee fighting and screaming at people outside… don’t go there especially after 5:00.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. On Aug 13th around 4 pm, I came here with total 8 guests. So tried ordering 8 foot long. The lady was super mad that I was ordering so many. While cutting bread she warned me atleast 5 times to not order so many as it will be too much work for her. I requested to toast them and then she got more mad and said she is not going to do it. I asked for manager and she said that she is the manager.

I work down the road from this Subway, I order maybe once or twice a week from this location. The crew that is working here are very fast and accurate. I place my order online and I head out the door right away because I know they'll have it ready for me by the time I get there. Hats off to this crew for making me a return customer and taking care of me for my lunch on the go in our busy lives. Keep up the good work!

They were busy. Which is good, they must be doing something right! I have ordered sandwiches and refreshments in person and with their online option. Each order was accurate, fresh ingredients, and prepared as requested.

As good as Subway gets. But don't order them through Postmates. I cancelled an order from postmates due to an hour wait. The driver pulled up, didn't get out if his vehicle and drove off. Because it was recorded as delivered I am fighting to get my money refunded.

Ernest is the man! I've read the other reviews; CLEARLY the employees at this store (in the past) have been set up to fail and needed training. HOWEVER, one guy - Ernest - is the exception. If the company doesn't invest in him, they are making a huge mistake. The day I visited, he was left to work the entire day - open to close - on his own. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and he worked hard to make up a mistake I had made on my online order. I've only seen employees like him on that Undercover Boss show. I truly hope he lands an episode. As I exited the restaurant, I told the couple walking in that they are in good hands in there, to which they replied, "I know, right? I love this guy (referring to Ernest)!"

Ordered steak egg and cheese Cold Sandwich wasn't cut I get it there's only 2 of you and the one at the register isn't pulling their weight at noon there should be at least 3 staff. You had 7 people in line and the lady was rushing as best she can but she can't do everything. Dude just standing at the register like Manikan... Help the lady out!
