Perfect Location and Friendly Staff but REALLY Needs Work They are in a prime location on Rice Creek PKWY and HWY J, and the staff has always been over-the-top friendly but the store is really run down and I think they're having trouble staffing it as it's intermittently closed in the middle of the morning. I like to stop there and get a good, cheap cup of black coffee and a breakfast burrito on my way to the office around the corner. However, frequently, the burritos are all gone and/or the store is closed. Also the potholes in the parking lot will claim your alignment without notice.

Bought expired Hostess products. I didn't know until I got to my desk and looked at the package. It's over a month expired! Read Expiration date before buying anything there. You would think that the check their products especially foods for Expiration Dates!

Came to shop here a few weeks ago walked into two girls quitting because they weren’t paid for the work they did! Ridiculous pay your employees and maybe tour store wouldn’t be TRASH

Of all the gas stations I have been to in my life this one is the worst ! There is usually one person working inside or so it appears. The old gal that's working there in the morning and afternoon has some pretty lousy bed side manners. Alot of people go in there on there lunch break and Molasses moves faster than her. Not to mention her little chatty sessions with someone she might know while the line behind me keeps getting longer. I will never go back there and I work one block away. Speedway is a joke no matter which one you go to. So disappointing !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The arrogant broad working here had a handwritten note on the counter today stating to please be patient, I am working alone. That's fine. But as I stood at the counter for 2 minutes while she ignored me while texting, I realized she's being lazy and arrogant, she was purposefully exhibiting bad customer service because she was mad she had to work alone. That kind of behavior embarrasses the customer and they usually don't come back.

I have been working with this store and working hard everyday to better improvements to the lack of product on shelves to better serve our customers. It's with great pleasure to have a part of keeping the doors open for business. And everyday I am so proud of the new hired They have really been doing an amazing thing and turning it into an amazing work place.

This Gas station needs some serious make over when it comes to staffing & customer service! Manager Becca And Employee Jeanie were very unprofessional. 2 different occasions I’ve been treated rudely, with no customer service. First time Becca the manager, got frustrated because I ask for a bag for my 2 liter pop and she told me she can’t give me a bag because it would rip open, so I than asked can you please double bag it so it don’t rip open and she told me No because the bags are costly and I don’t need it. So I told her the bags are for customers especially paying customers and me being a local around the area that comes and shop with my family. I did not report this, the first time nor complain because I thought it would get better but I guess I was wrong, so now am speaking up, especially when the Second time I came to get gas and some gum, I give Jeanie $25 and told her whatever my change is please put it on my gas pump, which was supposed to be $20, I goes outside to get the gas and realize I was only able to $5 gas in my vehicle, I comes back in and tell Jeanie she looked me dead in my face and said I didn’t give her $25, and that there is nothing she could do. I felt violated and humiliated! I will definitely be taking these complaints to cooperate, something needs to be done because I don’t even want to come here anymore !

This gas station close always early than closing time . On the Google closing time shows 11 pm but how they closed 7:30 pm. These workers may be doing something fishy that owner didn't know or this gas station sucks all time. All lazy worker must working in this gas station.
