Poorly done prom updo for my daughter. Her hair matched nothing to the picture she showed the salonist. Not to mention, all the curls were falling out and some hair looked like it was barely curled by her face. You can see the plastic rubber bands that they used. I could of done a better job. I felt so bad for my daughter when I picked her up. Totally way overpriced for a poorly done updo. Service: Updos

Amber did a phenomenal job on my hair. The week before a different salon messed my hair up three times. As you can imagine I was devastated and seriously contemplating shaving my head. My hair was a hot mess to say the least. I didnt think anyone could actually fix it. I would definitely reccomend her to anyone. She was very friendly and explained literally everything to me. Leaving the salon I was still on edge about my hair due to the previous salon putting way too much red in it, but a few days later I am absolutely in love with her work.

ZERO STARS!!! I made an appointment for a trim with Amber at the St. Michael location. We both agreed on 3-4inches on the comb she held to my hair, being my hair was to my hip. Amber absolutely hacked my hair! She went to cut the back, I obviously couldn’t see what she was doing. She hacked over 12 INCHES off my beautiful, long, healthy, non processed or chemically treated hair!! On top of that she had zero idea how to cut hair professionally. The back was in some places 2 or 3 inches total length and two inches longer on one side. My hair would not lay flat or normal being she cut it like a child would cut paper. I was devestated to say the least. I started balling because my hair was just about to my shoulders when I stood up. It took so long to grow out healthy and natural. Amber then just walked away from me. Another stylist told me I could just go. Other customers mouths were to the floor because 10 inch long solid pieces of hair were laying on the floor for my “trim” (looked like someone cut my ponytail off) I then contacted the owner of salon in a private email. I didn’t ask for anything or want compensation. I simply did not want this to happen to anyone else. It’s been weeks and not even an apology response. Nothing. Very unprofessional to say the least. I had to have it fixed and the stylist that fixed my hair said it was one of the worst cuts she’s ever seen or had to fix. READ THE REVIEWS PLEASE!! I do not post negative reviews but this is just an honest review. I have a picture of my hair and will work to get it on here. It speaks volumes and shows how bad it really was. ;( I would’ve donated my hair if I would’ve known or planned on cutting over a FOOT off my natural hair!!
