Marlene Folk Schlangen (my tax preparer) was wonderful! So kind, and really knew what she was talking about. She was extremely helpful and did a great job. However, the people working the phones at the HR Block - St. Michael, MN branch were absolutely atrocious, some of the rudest people I've ever spoken to.

i scheduled an appointment online in April for an amended tax return, took almost 2 months to contact, no one would answer the phone, the in chat services on HR block sucked no one replied to those. had to send individuals in the office for me because i was living out of town at the time. finally got the manager to amend my taxes. i had a few final questions for the manager, still have not be able to get ahold of him. i honestly would not recommend this office to take care of my taxes again, extremely poor quality and they have not even bothered to reach out to touch base with me on my questions
