I called Napa and a female needed help with a low beam and the guy over the phone just about 5 mins. Ago got belligerent and he wanted the name of the employee who is going to help the female install the low beam because she didn't have any tools and the guy on the phone wanted to turn him in and tell him off for helping a female fix her low beam, seems to me only certain people have a good heart and the guy over the phone has poor customer service and only wants to help his close friends or family. Thank you

I can’t thank Joe enough for helping me and my son today. I have a 1970 Ford Mustang and found myself stranded at a gas station, in the rain, with a broken Power Steering/Water Pump drive belt. It was :05 to closing, and not only did Joe help me find a suitable substitute belt, he dropped it off personally. 10/10 recommend this Napa store for those of you in the area. Great way to show your customers how much you care. Thank you!!

I was specific with what I was looking for when calling the Rogers store twice looking for the parts I saw online and come to find out from this St.Michael Store the parts where looked up opposite with what I requested. We got it all straight now and the guests vehicle was back on road! 5 Stars! Thanks.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. They didn't have what I needed, but got it for me the next morning. Great location. Gave a four star initially, but it's not this locations fault. I received a new and faulty alternator at Napa. Didn't realize that until it was installed and I was on the road. Staff was eager to make it right, but you can't replace the time of having to reinstall a part. I once received a bad coil pack from Napa too, which ended up costing me a few hundred dollars getting it diagnosed. The first machanic diagnosed it as a bad valve and I almost replaced the vehicle because of it. Bottom line, Napa corporate should watch their brands for bad quality assurance and get rid of brands that tarnish their name. I'm still happy shopping at Napa, for now.

I've been here 20 to 30 times and am amazed they are still in business. Half the time the item I want isn't in stock. The most recent time I bought two items and had to return the second one. Instead of crediting my card they CHARGED it (so I was doubly charged for an item that I no longer had!)
