I placed an order of $223 July 7,I’ve only received 3 of items. I’ve tried calling and emailing several of times. I’ve not been able to get a hold to anyone. This is beyond ridiculous. I’m not sure if this is the only store that does my kid uniform logo school shirts,but if it isn’t this would be my very last time shopping here. This is the worst experience ever. I’m practically begging my kids items because school is about to start in a few days. This is a disaster.

I have repeatedly tried to contact your company but have gotten no reply! I can’t even reach anyone by phone ! I sent an email immediately after placing a $300 order that my shipping address was wrong. It has not been changed by you! My son’s items are being sent to the wrong address Please correct this asap before UPS delivers my package! My son needs his clothes and the items are too expensive for me to lose and have to reorder! This is neither fair or professional for your company to so flagrantly ignore customers and have no actual contact center! It is beyond frustrating that I am forced to use only your company to clothe my son for school.

This was my first time shopping in a Dennis Uniform store and it was a delight. Within a minute we were approached by Elijah and he helped us the entire time. We were in and out within 15 minutes with everything we needed for the school year. Elijah was extremely polite and helpful, thank you for all your help!

We drove 2 hours - when we get there the skirts area are almost empty. (No size for my baby girl) There’s a young man who help us and he offer to order and let us tried some similar skirt and sent to our house.we got t-shirt 7 and a jacket ( but the color I like to get are no longer available ( blue jacket front zip) I ended getting black. We have a fast service and I like that! Come and go- and they are very helpful.

Jules was a phenomenal help! Super patient and knowledgeable- the sizing was a bit confusing, but she guided us through and advised us on how to order for things we needed that weren’t in stock! She was a priceless help!! The uniforms are cute as well! They are classic and fit well. Like the performance wear fabric! BTW- my son somehow changed my profile name and pic

This was my first experience with Dennis uniform and I have to say their staff is top notch. Some of the kindest most helpful employees. We didn’t know where to start and our sales girl led us through the process. She made sure we had the right sizes and colors. The other staff members went out of their way to help us also. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Customer service in store at the Flowood, MS location was impeccable today (7/15/21) and much improved from pre-pandemic. We were helped from the moment we arrived. After a year of uncertainty for my oldest child's skirt size, a shopping consultant in the store helped us to find the perfect fit (one we would have never chosen on our own). Happy mom! Happy kid! The store was well organized, well stocked, and very neat and clean.

We were greeted by a very pleasant young man who knew the stock and knew our school requirements. He and the cashier were very helpful in assisting us with how to get additional items. We understand that inventory for most companies, including this one, has been affected by consequences of the pandemic.

School uniform shopping with my teenage son usually ends up being a painful experience for us both so in recent yrs I've opted for online shopping on their website (which is easy to use). However, this yr I needed to go in store for sizing. Let me just say- the staff and management team at the Flowood, MS location were so friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and ready to help that I was able to do all my shopping (including the dreaded trying on part) for the yr within 30 minutes. Outstanding service! Keep up the great work Brittany and Karleigh!

This was our second visit to Dennis Uniform and this visit completely erased the awful first visit. This time the store was well staffed with friendly and extremely knowledgeable people. Check out was fast and pleasant. I really can't speak highly enough about your employees on our visit this past Saturday, July 31, 2021. Well done.
