My name is Steve Logan, I live in Grenada ms, and I will tell you DO NOT TRUST THOMAS WOOD PRESERVE. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. I purchased bead board from Thomas Wood Preserving. We culled the terrible pieces out. When I say cull, I am talking pieces you couldn’t use at all. Of course it’s aggravating but wasn’t a huge deal and not Thomas fault. Just part of it sometimes when dealing with wood. Talked to Wesley and Brent Thomas about the issue. They said just throw the bad to the side and we could order more to replace it. To keep the contractors busy we went ahead and ordered what we figured we may need to finish plus some extra to keep from having to wait. Thomas had me pay for the replacement shipment and said to just bring all the bad back when we finished and he would Give me a refund on all I return. This is exactly what I done. After the return he asked to give them time to count it and make sure our numbers matched. Not a problem. Family business in a small town, no worries right? Nope wrong! Many calls and text was exchanged the first couple months with Brent telling me to call Wesley and Wesley telling me to give him time due to him trying to buy some real estate. A big deal he said. Well time kept passing by then all of a sudden he looses the paperwork and says to give him time to find it. Here I am 3 years later, called to just try and swap what Thomas Wood Preserves owes me out in material and I’m told it’s been to long for him to do anything. It’s the better part of $800 they owe me. I have never wrote a review but I sure hope everyone sees this and reads it.
