First called the salon to ask if there was a wait time, the stylist Cathy answered and was SO polite after 2 salons before answered the phone rudely. When I came in she introduced and immediately began looking at my hair and discussing with me what I wanted to do. The whole experience was overall great and most hair stylists are not nearly as professional as Cathy at SmartStyles! Service: Haircut

Better ask twice how much it cost. I called to get a quote for hair wash and to get my hair straightened. I got quoted $30 something dollars. Only to get to the counter and be charged $70. Literally so upset. Had I known it would be that expensive, I wouldn’t have gone. The lady was nice though. And did an excellent job. But I can’t get over the price.

I seldom walk away from a haircut being 100% satisfied. My hair is thick and grows in wonky ways so I don't blame the stylists who do their best, but Miss Kathy is a wizard with my crazy hair. She listens to my looong explanation of what I expect and delivers every time.

Not happy about the service I got. Paid over $50 to have my hair cut and styled. It took my mom pulling a Karen to cut it properly. Then she wound up cutting 8 more inches off my hair instead of the three that I wanted and she didn't even style it.... WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Service was terrible and the assistant manager was unprofessional and RUDE! I was charged 62.00 for a cut/color to remove blue and the blue is still in my nieces hair. Also told my husband (whom is disabled broken leg and congestive heart failure) he could not be on the scooter in the store. Asked to have the store managers contact and was told she would give me a call. WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG TO TERI OR THE ASST MNGR DANIELLE!! Services: Hair coloring, Haircut
