Horrible experience-will never be back to this Walgreen’s again. The pharmacy acted like they did not want to fill a rx for a sick child and they did not with a smirk on the face of the worker.

Wonderful Pharmacy! Just expect a wait time, and long line at most Walgreen’s in the area. Walk-ins for vaccines are accepted until 6:00 PM.

I've only been here once, and that was enough. I had genuinely the worst experience at this pharmacy. I waited over a week for them to get my meds in stock, which is totally okay. I get it. So, I'm calling on the days they tell me to in order to check if they're in stock. Finally, they tell me my meds are in stock and will be ready at a specific time. When I get there at the specified time, they're not only not filled, but they're also out of stock again. It's obviously frustrating, but I get it. Things happen. So, I just asked if there is anything I can do to avoid this in the future, and the receceptionist became extremely defensive and rude and had the nerve to tell me I was being rude...by asking this question. I was honestly shocked by her reaction and behavior. I would never be rude to a customer service representative, and it honestly felt like being gaslit because I inconvenienced her. I'm beyond disappointed with their obviously flawed system and their lack of compassion and professionalism-- and frankly their inability to answer a simple question without being rude.

Worst pharmacy staff. No sense of urgency what so ever. Huge lines leaving the parking lot of the drive through window and have given me the wrong medication before. Like seriously management??? Where is your leadership and why are you letting your staff have such low work ethic??

sat at the photo kiosk to print some pictures for about 30 minutes. then walked around the store to wait for them to be ready. When I go up to the register they tell me the photo machine has been down all day. So you didn’t see me sitting there for 30 minutes????? Didn’t think you should say anything?? waste of time. A simple conversation would’ve saved everyone a bit of time. shame.

The worst pharmacy ever. They gave another kid's medicine. Different name, different address,... Not sure how they succeed that!! Luckily, l have checked everything before giving it to my kid and returned.

My pill count is always short and they fill my medication before I am close to being out. They constantly say it is time to refill my medication. I have 3 bottles of blood thinners on hand

Watch your pill quantity everyone. My husband's cancer meds are usually in a big bottle as they are big pills. The bottle we received was half the normal size and 60 pills would never fit in that size bottle but still the bottle said Quantity 60 pills and 60 was circled and initialed but still it looked to be half that amount. I did not open the bottle....we got back in line and I also called while in line for a second long wait with 2 containers of ice cream melting from our Walmart pickup and told them what happened and they asked if we opened the bottle to count...I said no, we want y'all to count it. So, if it doesn't look right, it probably isn't right and don't open the bottle...I feel like had we opened it they would have told us sorry for your luck....I don't know that for sure but wouldn't chance it. Anyway, I will say this....this store was slammed with customers, the drive thru was slammed and looking inside through the window, the pharmacy counter was slammed, they were very busy and chaotic looking...i felt bad for them so accidents can happen...all I'm saying is just open the bag and check your meds before you leave. Everyone makes mistakes but had I not checked we would have gone home with about half of his cancer meds and probably never have gotten it fixed and that could have been terribly bad!

The employees here have the worst communication! The pharmacy department will tell you that you don’t have a prescription when you do. Most recently I had a package delivered there with the FedEx drop off. It was delivered there Friday. I attempted to pick up my package 7 times and kept being told it wasn’t there. I finally got my package 4 days later after speaking with a manager just to find out it really had been there the Entire time! This was after contacting the shipper and delivery service numerous times. Were the other employees trying to keep it for themselves or what? Where is the effective communication and active searching for the customer’s needs here?!

The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. It is Friday, my doctor sent in a prescription last Sunday. I have been to the pharmacy twice already as they fumble the prescription and have to go back again today in hopes of picking it up. I would like to know it is finally ready after a week but after several minutes with the phone system jacking me around I will drive over again and play waste-my-time at Walgreens in hopes the RX is ready. If it is it will be my last RX at Walgreens. Unfortunately there is not a rating below 1.
