The employees are always kind and get the order fast. The upsides: They change the decoration with every season with different cups and sometimes extra options on the menu, they serve the customers with respect and you can tell they really care. An area that I see room for improvement is the variety of sweets and cakes. I would suggest adding carrot cake, or other options with lighter sweetness would be a great fit!

Had my first s’mores drank ready for fall I love coffee ☕️ if your need an energy boost to get threw your shopping experience lucky you this place is inside the kroger....sometimes I like to sit her on my phone And people watch while I’m enjoying my coffee lots of Starbucks grab and go 🎁 around the checkout counter ....... I’m ready for fall and lattes......................................................

Barista let us know before ordering that the espresso machine was broken. Luckily we didn't need it. However I was impressed with his improvisation with the order before us. Customer tasted it and said it was great even without the espresso machine.

I'm not familiar with their menu. The female barista listened to my request and made a suggestion. It was exactly what I wanted - iced coffee with real cream. Well, after I explained that 1/2 and 1/2 was close enough. In other words, I didn't need to speak "Spitalian" or whatever language is on their menu. I even got a medium without having to call it the ridiculous "grande". Plus they didn't ask for my name! Yay! I have started using the Starbucks in the Hernando (MS) Kroger as a meeting place for internet dating. It has nice indoor and outdoor seating, it's quiet, and I can get groceries if we don't hit it off!

I went to go use the restroom before getting my Starbucks drink and the bathroom had no toilet paper and there was just a bar a soap just laying out on the counter. But after I ordered my drink there was 3 workers there. 1 girl with glasses took my order. There was another blonde girl sitting on the counter and eating a salad and talking out loud to the 3rd person there. The GUY making my drink took off his mask and wiped his nose with a paper towel and picked his ear with his pinky finger. And then continued to make my drink. The entire place was gross and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

There is old lady who does not know how to do anything. She is nice but it’s not qualified to work. I had to wait long time to get my coffee she made it twice then it was burned. She is too old to work anywhere. Period

Stopped by here on way home from funeral on a Saturday afternoon. It was crazy busy. Daughters drink order was wrong and lady before us had same problem. I tried the new Cinnamon Shortbread Latte. Couldn't recommend it. Not much flavor, but maybe it wasn't made correctly. Good luck at this location!

Worse Starbucks coffee shop I have ever been to! The service was below poor! I was telling this lady my order and she cuts me off and says oh you mean this! Umm no I wanted a chocolate mint cappuccino and gave me something that just tast like hot coco with no mint. It tast like chocolate powder! My mother-in-law got a carmal macchiato and would you believe it just tast like regular old coffee with no flavor at all? Just do your self a favor and don't go here.

Two times my fiancé has gone to get us coffee and they mess it up. They say they can’t make an iced white mocha or iced mocha. Yes, you can. Then says it will take 15 minutes to make a Frappuccino... why?! They don’t know what they are doing here and need someone to come in and either re-train or get some people who know what they are doing. So incompetent. It’s not that hard! I used to work at Starbucks. Get your sh*t together!
