I give a one star because they cook good food sometimes but today I went and ordered gizzard and got to my car to eat them and they was too hard and fried too long and I went back into the store and talked to manager and he would not give me something else since they was out ,POOR MANAGEMENT I GIVE A BAD REVIEW!!!!

Would give less than a star if possible. I stopped to pick up chicken for my family of 7 at 11:30, gizzards were cooking and told would be 13 minutes, fine I ran an errand then came back. I needed a 16 piece tender meal, and they had plenty. However, I was informed you could only get an 8 piece unless you called in first. No where was this posted, not on menu board, not on warmer window, nowhere. Its amazed me they would not sell product, a chicken tender which they should be cooking loads during lunch time, even when it was there to sell.

One of the rudest shell gas stations I been to, the employees do not know how to do their job properly! They have no clue what company cards are accepted for diesel, they talk back to you!! I asked for the manager and she is even ruder!! Word of advice , please get some better and more respectful employees at this location

The girl on the food side takes her time, walks around talking to everyone after I told her what I wanted I had to tell her 3 times what kind of sauce. Then she rings it up and pulls it all to the other side of counter and just stands there I had to practically climb on counter to get my items and it's this way every time I go there and she is working! New meaning to the word Lazy !
