I went into the branch today to cash a check from the GA Dept of Revenue, which is drawn under their bank. Nikki Reeves was the teller. She brought up that my ID will expire today but it is still VALID today! And then she said the check was issued 3/11, however, it says valid for 180 days. I just received the check yesterday. I do have a mailing service I use and it’s possible that caused a delay in receiving the mail. However, there is no reason why my check couldn’t be cashed! I am not an account holder there, but u provided a second form of ID. The reason I went there was that I know checks issued from the same bank can be validated. Nikki Reeves said I have to call GA Dept of Revenue and the check wouldn’t cash! Makes no sense. I am filing complaints with BBB as well. I felt discriminated against because I didn’t have an account with Wells Fargo, my check wasn’t cashed!

I've been reading some of these reviews and even though I am new to this area, I've been going from time to time to this bank at least for the last year. Never have waited more than 2 minutes in line. The attendant have taken care of my cases in a very professional way and have no complaint at all. Yes it is on a "non too secure" area, well they have a police officer in front of the branch every time I have visited and it makes me feel secure. Their approach always have been very professional and in a kindly manner. I've never been there on a Saturday, so I am not really sure how it could be on that day. But definitely, as on every other branch that I've visited, I always have been treated they way I have expected. Every bank company has its rules and policies and I definitively will stay with WF as long as I receive a professional service as of today.

I usually go thru the drive thru ATM but this time I had to go inside for my daughter to open her account. Kahlil provided such excellent customer service to us. He explained everything to my daughter that she needed to know. He's real personable. Talking to him was like talking to a friend I haven't seen in years. My experience with the other reps has been a positive one. It's nice to walk into a business & see the warm smiling faces greeting you at the door unlike other establishments you go to around here.

VERY HORRIBLE BANK!!!! They will not cash checks for some apparent reason...even if the check says Wells Fargo which is the reason I decided to try to cash it. They needed “verification” I was told to contact my insurance company and have them send me another check. My insurance company could not believe it!!! My next visit I wanted to deposit money into my Aunt account for her bday. I wanted to deposit CASH. After waiting 25 minutes in line I was told they only take money orders to make deposits and because I was not a member they couldn’t issue me one. I decided to go to another location downtown and they made my cash deposit to my Aunt account just fine. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A BANK. If you can’t verify that my CASH OR CHECK is real YOU SHOULDNT BE OPEN!!! I WILL NEVER BANK WITH THEM EVER...I WILL NEVER LEAVE MY CURRENT BANK...DELTA CREDIT UNION IS THEEE BEST. So i now pay the price every time i want to take out a loan over a $35 late payment on a card that was cancelled. Very unethical, very disappointed and very big business.
