Hands down the worst experience I’ve experienced at a papa johns. I ordered a pizza for delivery and the driver dropped the whole pizza on the ground. When I called about the incident the manager was so rude and unprofessional. I never received a credit for my pizza and still had to pay full price for the 2nd pizza they brought out. She claims the 2nd pizza that was brought out was the credit but I still paid full price. Just shut the whole store down or get some new management. Marcos is better anyway.

The pizza is always hot and fresh. The people are always nice and caring, but most importantly take good care of their regulars. I wish all Papa John's stores were as good as this one.

Ordered online after 2hrs I called to get status on pizza delivery. Actually I called about 3 times. The ppl had attitude and was very short with me, including the "Manager", he was the worst. Needless to say this was the 2nd time this happened with this particular place. Anyway pizza finally showed up, Cold and almost 3 1/2 late. I wrote to corporate but I don't think it made a difference from reading some of the newer reviews. I really hope they get it together and practice on Good Customer Service 🙏🏽. I definitely don't order from that particular restaurant anymore...

The FIVE STAR IS FOR EBONYS CUSTOMER SERVICE & THATS IT. I arrived this morning at 10am this morning it was about 35 degrees I approached the door and there was a Caucasian man there saying he wouldn’t take my order from the inside because it’s not enough workers there ???? As if he had to seat me down at a table bring me a menu and serve me. Alll he had to do was take my order and payment. I haft planned on waiting around in the building it was freezing cold I was going to wait for my food in the car. Ebony who was sitting in her car when I arrived heard the entire conversation. She said “Ma’am good morning I work here I’ll be glad to take your order on the INSIDE” customer service was OUTSTANDING put a better taste in my mouth from before because I was TWO seconds away from spazzing. Not sure if it was because IM BLACK but I definitely feel discriminated against. I’ll never order food or spend money UNLESS Ebony is there.

I waited patiently for almost 2 hours for my pizza and not only could I tell that my pizza had been dropped and an attempt to wipe sauce from the inside top of the box. It was also left at my door in the rain with no knock. All of my seasoning packets were literally sitting on my pizza. 😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered a special : One large one topping pizza + 2 liter pizza for .... Then added wings and brownies. Wings ...older than the person who heated them. Pizza ..the dough looked moldy and did not have that papa johns signature flavor. I could have washed it down with the Pepsi that I never received , well the brownies were fine. Called store was on the phone with a ad that said "psst you are the best " for over an hour and no one ever answered. I understand sometimes you get overwhelmed but you still need to pay attention to your customers.

I’m completely disgusted with the manager that made my food and this location. First they made my order wrong, I had the new PADADIAS, which they Iris is drenched with bbq sauce and didn’t look nothing like the picture online. As I broke pieces from my food a black rubber band popped out. I have to drive all the way back to the location just to talk to the manager who made my food who did not apologize and stated he did not know how that got into my food. Not only did the Magine look dirty they did not use gloves to prepare the food.

First time that papa johns have ever disappointed me. What a waste of money, who ever is making the pizza please ask for help. All of my toppings where under the cheese so when I picked up a slice of pizza every just slide off the crust. Spinach/tomatoes/pepperoni under a mound of cheese. Very disappointed with pizza night.

Every time I order from this Papa John's I have to wait hours for my food when the estimated wait time is 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Pizza is always cold when it arrives and the delivery drivers always have attitudes. this is absolutely my last time ordering delivered from the store from now on I will be driving to Papa John's at Camp Creek.
