Came in early and needed to return some parts because they had given my co worker the wrong parts in the 1st place. The employee had an attitude and talked to me like he was upset because he was at work. Worst customer service experience in a while. Some of us are not happy with our job yet we happy when we get the check. If you are working we got to make the best of it and not be rude with folks who have no fault. I just needed my money back and now i have yo wait 🤷🏾♂️

I would like to take out a minute just to let you know that this is the best store ever. I had the pleasure of working with an employee by the name of Tanishia who gave me Great Customer Service, if I had to grade her I would give her Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I do not usually take out the time to do this, but, I felt I should let everyone know about the service I received from your store. I will always shop at this location and I will tell others if they want Great Customer Service, go to this store and ask for Tanishia. I Thank your store for having such a wonderful person as Tanisha to assist me with all the things that I needed that Day! #1 Store!

Had to come give my 5 star experince, the guy name Kieth I believe help a brotha out fast and easy, gives great advice on how to go about your returns. Highly recommeneded staff and location because they know they know their stuff unlike previous locations on the southside, once again thank you.

The manager is awesome and very humble!!! I was in the store today for parts and I noticed a customer that was a little slow moving was looking for parts for his car. She asked if she could excused herself to go help assist the gentleman out. The gentleman was very grateful for her assistance. That really said a lot about this manager. She always greet me with warm welcomes and loves when I come to the store! Advance Auto Parts you got yourself a true AWESOME store manager on Old Nat!!!!

They were very pleasant, but I had to make two trips to their store because my mechanic realized they gave me the wrong parts even though he had called and spoke with them directly to let them know what he needed to repair my car. The clerk was really apologetic about his error but it was definitely inconvenient

Store manager is awesome, knowledgeable about store prices and parts. Very nice people person with customers. The manager Twiana is a great asset to this store. I will continue to shop at the store as long as she is there. The store is always clean and opens on time.
