I called and asked if they could give an estimate for my 1969 Ford C610 and 1989 Dodge D250. I was told to come down and they would take a look. While there I waited to speak with Michael. He looked at my truck and said he would be happy to do the body work but not the paint. He said he would be back May 13th and follow up with me. I emailed that day and I have called 6 times since. He has not once returned my call or email. If he has just said "hey we don't want to to the work", then I could have gone another direction, or instructed someone at the front desk to notify me via phone or email that they were too busy. It's seems to be a professional operation in appearance. I have just lost another month and a half on my project.

3 Day repairs took 6 weeks. My car was damaged when I got it back. Update: After posting my concern, I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by the owner. He was kind and genuinely concerned about my issues. He had my issues addressed and I am happy with the results. No matter who you are in life, EVERYONE DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE!!! Mr. Corbitt, thank you for your integrity 😇

I gave 1 star simply because the job got done in which I could’ve went ANYWHERE. Came to Corbitt Collison on a referral for my Range Rover in February. I couldn’t get an appointment until end of March and I explained this would be a cash payment NOT INSURANCE. Spoke with the owner Mike and he stated he would have the new door in 1-3 days and would also give a discount on the estimate that was given. My door had such damage I needed to drop the truck off earlier than my appointment date to avoid further damage and the new door had arrived. On the day of my appointment I did not hear from them. I then called and asked for status/update of my truck. Spoke with Chandler and she stated that although I had an appointment it would still be 2 weeks before they can get to my truck. Weeks go by as I’m calling for updates Chandler says there’s other cars that are waiting for parts. I explained my door is there already what’s the hold up? Asked to speak to Mike, no call from him. Another week go by, called asked to speak to Mike, and then I get a call a few days later saying my truck was ready with no supplement. Next day Chandler calls saying that there is a supplement and additional parts were needed. Strange that this happens weeks after having my truck. During this time I had called several times asking to speak to Mike and all of a sudden he’s not returning my calls. Finally my truck was ready and Craig said he would have it detailed. On today as I pick up my truck there’s tape, fingerprints, and tape marking all over my truck. As I sit in the waiting area waiting for my truck to be detailed, a Caucasian guy walks in and asks for Mike and Chandler goes to get him right away. So I asked Chandler, “Oh Mike is here today”? She says, “yea he’s actually here today”. I asked to speak to him, and he doesn’t even bother to come talk to me. I’ve NEVER experienced this level of service. Will Not be returning and beware of bringing your vehicle here. If your paying cash there still going to play games with your time as they do with insurance claims. Service: Body & Trim

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY! I had chosen this location for my repair facility after my auto accident, which I must say was the worst decision ever! They had my car for over a month. On my paperwork they lied and stated that it only took a week. During the entire time that my car was with them NOT ONCE was I contacted in regards to my vehicle nor given updates. It was to the point where my insurance company had to extend my rental multiple times due to their negligence! I had to pay out of pocket for extra rental days because my car was still not finished AFTER A MONTH! I had to call myself and ask what was going on. Not to mention the damage done to my car was NOT severe at all. Upon me getting my car it came back with dents and scratches that I had never seen before!! The ladies at the front desk are by far the most professional and courteous staff they have on the team.(They were always nice & pleasant when I called) The people that work in the back might as well have been the neighborhood repair men, NOT PROFESSIONALS!! And I mean that in the most respectful way possible!
