I checked in on line and was given a 15 minute wait time. As I headed in my wait time went from 15 to 0 in a matter of two minutes. I rushed in immediately and was placed at the end of the line after the stylist let someone ahead of me (who hadn’t even sat down yet). Then I was given an additional 15 wait period. I don’t mind waiting in line but what is upsetting is that every time I walk in the people inside ask if you checked in online. Like it’s mandatory!! What is the point of checking in online if it’s not really going to matter!! Service: Haircut

Absolutely love this place! Really amazing! I got layers and a hair cut! She did a great job! I absolutely loved them! Coming in soon to get my bangs! Service was amazing and didn’t took too long. The haircut felt so fresh. Will be coming again. Thanks!

We are not super picky with haircuts, and this salon is convenient and budget friendly, but they give the absolute worst haircuts for boys. We’ve been several different times, thinking that it was just a fluke each time. Despite providing pictures of the relatively easy cuts, my boys ended up with a mullet and bowl cut today (not what we wanted, lol). Service: Haircut

Me and my wife went in and got hair cuts today. We had the best time with Jennifer and Dawn. I always get a perfect hair cut each time and my wife loves her new cut! I only get my hair cut here and I recommend them to everyone. They have fun and do a great job every time.

I called up to ask for a upper management and they refused to help and never could explain why the check in times keep changing. Spend a few more dollars and go somewhere else Service: Hairstyling

The wait was near non existant, and I was able to walk in after singing up online and get seen immediately. My hair styles was very engaging and very supportive of the hair style I had chosen. Since this was my first time having my hair cut extremely short, she was supportive and encouraging. Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff was amazing. I was comfortable and the prices are very affordable. LOVED my hairstylist she was quick, efficient and amazing. I will defiently go back!
