From the beginning my appt was 20 minutes delayed because the provider chose to take a family receiving some sort or test before my appt. I also know all of this because the door was left wide open the entire time. She then forgets to call in my prescription and I’ve now gone 3 days without the medicine I need due to negligence. This entire experience with minute clinic and the pharmacy has been a disaster. The pharmacy’s advice was for my to make another appt and get a new prescription. As if these appointments are free to everyone & I should have to pay another appointment due to her not doing her job. A joke.
Update: it’s been 2 weeks since my visit , I called and filed a complaint with CVS corporate and they were supposed to be placing a “rush” order on my prescription and the manager of this minute clinic was supposed to be calling me. Never heard from them. ~Samantha
