Absolutely the worst pharmacy around. They do not answer the phone and simply do not care to help anyone. I wish there was an option to give them negative marks on this review. I wonder how many people have died waiting for these sloths to answer the phone or service customers. Absolutely sorry and repulsive. Please shut this location down if they have no will to work. -5 stars DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY, THEY LOVE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE 2 CENTS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

From the beginning my appt was 20 minutes delayed because the provider chose to take a family receiving some sort or test before my appt. I also know all of this because the door was left wide open the entire time. She then forgets to call in my prescription and I’ve now gone 3 days without the medicine I need due to negligence. This entire experience with minute clinic and the pharmacy has been a disaster. The pharmacy’s advice was for my to make another appt and get a new prescription. As if these appointments are free to everyone & I should have to pay another appointment due to her not doing her job. A joke. Update: it’s been 2 weeks since my visit , I called and filed a complaint with CVS corporate and they were supposed to be placing a “rush” order on my prescription and the manager of this minute clinic was supposed to be calling me. Never heard from them.

Controlled substance Class II medication Methylphenidate dispensed by this location is missing 30 tablets of a 60 tab MD order. Label altered with an adjusted quantity changed and embedded within the bottle label under a piece of clear laminate. Escalated to pharmacy manager without resolution and was told video surveillance is inconclusive. I am escalating now to Jackson County law enforcement, CVS corporate, CVS Ethics, Georgia Board of Pharmacy and DEA. Highly suspect for internal theft and tampering within this Hoschton location and warrants an internal investigation by law enforcement and CVS. Ask for your medication to be counted upon pick-up.

This pharmacy is the worst. I am pregnant and my doctor called in a higher dosage of my medicine. I picked it up and noticed it’s not what I normally get so I called my doctor to confirm. And she said she called it in as the brand specific only as always. I called CVS to let them know they gave me the wrong prescription and they were quick to say they’ll get the correct one filled, didn’t even bother to apologize for giving me the wrong medicine. I didn’t hear anything back from them and checked my CVS app just to see that they’ve marked it as “out of stock” and they didn’t bother to tell me that or call me back. I’ve changed pharmacies and will never come here again.

This CVS is horrible. Every time I go through the drive through I have to wait at least 20 to 30 min while they fill prescriptions for the car in front of me! Disorganized. Slow. And it has been this way since I moved here in 2018. I would move to another store but there aren’t any other options.

I had an appointment for a booster vaccination. I arrived approx 10 minutes before my appointment. There was one other person ahead of me. He was called in and received his treatment and when he left and he said it will only take a minute. Then the clinician left. By then I had been waiting over an hour past my appointment time. I don't know where the clinician went because at that time I left and went to another CVS and got my shot. That clinician knew I was waiting for my shot, and she chose to ignore me and left for (lunch)? wherever. Not very professional. I do not recommend the minute clinic at this location.

The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever experienced. I would honestly rate them with no star. These are people with higher education however they are actually really unintelligent, undiligent, unprofessional, immoral, and they do things that are only a convenient to them. They do not have patient care values. How can a pharmacy be "out of stock" but inform me my prescription is ready? Only to find out 3/4 of my prescription is ready and I would have to return. Return a few days to find out they entered in an entire new order for items that doesn't even fit my lancet, in which was of a lesser value from a retail cost standpoint. If my insurance is going to cover at zero cost for me out of pocket something retailed valued at a higher cost; do your job and fill me the correct and original prescription. My insurance even agrees after speaking with the pharmacist. Now I have to go back to my doctor to have them send in another prescription for the correct items that properly fits my device. Wait another 25 days so that it'll go through the insurance process. First and last time I am ever having my prescription filled by this location. I can agree why this location only has 2.6 star rating.

my brother and i scheduled appointments to be tested for covid-19. i received a call stating that because i was late to my appointment, it’d have to be rescheduled. my brothers appointment was a little later than mine so they were able to squeeze me in between other appointments. even though i was very frustrated, the nurse was extremely nice once i was taken back. she explained the reasoning behind cancellations and told me that nose rings could effect the results. after communicating these things, i was able to get tested and left a happy customer.

The customer service for the covid 19 testing was terrible. I was supposed to be there at 9:20. I got a call at 9:15, and she was very nasty towards me right off the bat. She asked if I was in the parking lot yet, I kindly said no but I'll be there soon, literally 2 minutes left on my Google maps. She said "that's not an answer" with the nastiest tone towards me. I arrived at 9:18 and waited for the call. She was on time with the call, but I was greeted with "Lindsey!!! Are you in the parking lot yet?" And she was absolutely unnecessarily rude. Also, she had the nerve to comment on my physical appearance because I have nose piercings. She also threatened to cancel my appointment when I stood my ground and told her I will not be spoken to that way. Even though I WAS in the parking lot and was waiting on HER. But on a positive note, the nurse was very friendly! It was also very fast and I got my results really quickly which the nurse practitioner was also very friendly. But this 1 star review is solely based off of the nasty attitude I received today. I also work in retail and I dont care if it's stressful. I don't attack my customers with a poor attitude. I wish I knew their names, but the rude woman was the one doing the phone calls and was an older woman with white hair. Absolutely does not have good customer service and honestly could use some training or maybe interaction with people in the real world so she can learn how to treat people with respect. I also don't give bad reviews, but the amount of disrespect I was given today was absolutely uncalled for.

Rude people working in this Pharmacy. Doctor called in prescriptions, they were ready before I arrived. I had to take a prescription in to be filled, and now having to wait double time on cough medicine. I let her know that the other prescriptions were ready and would I still need to wait over 20 minutes for cough medicine- she answered in a rude voice. Same rude lady that has been there as long as the rude pharmacist. CVS will not get any of our business anymore. 3/9/2020
