This rating is for my wife.. She's in a retirement home. Mr. Discount fills and delivers to her door her medication. Call her when meds need refills. If she needs over the counter items like alcohol swabs they will deliver those . No extra charge for delivery!!! They have her set up on monthly payments auto bank draft. One month due to bank error funds weren't available to pay her bill at mr discount. They kept right on delivering.. 5 stars

I have used Mr. Discount as my pharmacy my whole life. My Dad, Bill Stutts, was a pharmacist and a detail man for Upjohn Pharmaceuticals for 32 years. My father could not say too many good things about Don Waldron, Sr., and Don Waldron, Jr. When Daddy wanted to go back to work after he retired from Upjohn, Mr. Waldron hired Daddy to help out at the Rush Hospital location. I use Don Waldron's Mr. Discount #2 on North Hills Street. The staff are wonderful and the best feature? They deliver! My pharmacist is wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was a customer at this location of Mr. Discount on the morning of March 15, 2016. I went in there to check my blood pressure and look for some gas-x .I was in there approximately fifteen minutes browsing. When I went to the counter to pay for my items there was a Caucasian lady on the side of the counter talking to one of the cashiers so I was just standing there waiting my turn. The Caucasian cashier said she was here first, the caucasian lady then came around to the front of the register and got in front of me and said yes because I've been in here about twenty minutes and noone was here when I came in. I told them both, I'm just patiently waiting my turn. I thought about it and I quickly went and put what I was going to buy back on the shelf. They were rude and arrogant in there and they acted prejudice. After I put my things back where I got them I quickly went outside, got into my car and went right across the street to Walgreens. I looked in my mirror and saw one of the younger male Caucasian employees run outside looking around for me as if I had stolen something. No, I didn't steal anything, I don't do that. You all didn't even say good morning or anything to me and was rude so I went to Walgreens to a friendlier atmosphere to spend my money. I will never go there again!
