Leslie I found is ALSO as equally as trash as the self proclaimed manager Jeremy.I will NEVER go back to this company because of the trash they hired to work these stores..They need people so bad,they literally hire ANYONE.But hey they know you need a phone so they don't car MOST importantly since switching back a 3 weeks ago the service and towers are a nightmare! I switched back to straight talk we're you actually get treated like a paying customer and have service you can use and not trash on the phone laughing cause your service is not working!

These are the absolute worst people I've had to deal with the guy that told me he was Jeremy was the most rude person I've encountered. He thinks everything's a joke. He refused to give me a boss's name. So I just left. I called back the next day hoping to hear from someone anyone other than him and a girl by The name of Leslie answered and I remember her from getting my phone and when I went in there she was really sweet but when I asked her for help she refused to help me refuse to give me the store manager's name as well and laughed and hung the phone up! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never use the service again, and I will see to it that everyone I know leaves this company.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. I went in there to switch my service and the ladies in there went above and beyond for me. I don't leave reviews, but after the expierance I just received I couldn't help not to. Keep up the good work.

The phone case purchased 10 days ago for $30 is broken. They gave me a receipt on a post it note that did not say they do not give refunds on items that break. They put the phone on the case and handed it to me with no box for it. I called to ask the representative who answered the phone if i could bring it in for a refund. She said they do not give refunds. I do not think this is right or legal. I asked for her manager and she said he/she was not there. I asked what her name is, and she said, "you want my name?" I'm like yes I want to know who is telling me I can't return this inferior phone case that broke after only 10 days. She told me no, she would not give me her name so I could reference her when I call back to speak to the manager. What kind of business is this? I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

We have been with Metro PC's for almost 2 years. We get very good service at a great price. We just upgraded our phones and love them. The last 2times we upgraded the salesperson helped us transfer everything. The girl that helped us this time. Did not do anything to help is transfer our contacts, nothing. I need to check my sales receipt and she what her name was because she wasn't helpful at all.The only other complaint I have is I bought a car charger and realized when I got home, I already had one. Well, guess what No Refunds On Any Accessories at all, $25 down the drain.
