I love All Animal Hospital and have been taking care of my "babies" since they opened their doors in 1998. Dr. Cox saved my rat terrier Buttons on two different occasions after she was attacked by coyotes. In one incident, her leg was nearly torn off. He re-attached the leg and put a pin in the joint. Buttons lived happily and healthfully until the age of 14. I have three dogs now that are all patients of All Animal Hospital. I take them for their yearly check-up and any other needs that we have. Their staff is caring and professional. I like the new doctors that have joined the staff. They also provide excellent care. I don't think that there is a better veterinary clinic in all of North Mississippi. Happy Healthy Babies!

After Dr Cox left the clinic the Heart went with him. Twice my dog needed them and she was not seen either time, even though I was able to get there by 4pm and even after they saw her like this!

Took my 6 month old Cane Corso to have cherry eye removed. Service was good and surgery was quick and inexpensive compared to other vets I'd gotten quotes from.

New to this area and we have 3 dogs. So far we have taken 2 of our dogs for check ups. The facility is close to our house and easy to find on Goodman road. Plenty of parking. The office was clean and the ladies at the front desk were friendly. Didn't have to wait too long. We saw two different vet's each time we went and really my only complaint would be that neither vet walked in and introduced themselves. My mom always taught me to introduce myself when meeting someone new. It breaks the ice and puts people at ease. Anyway, not a big thing, and both Dr's were nice enough. They were good with my dogs and the charges seemed fair. I will be taking my third dog in soon.

My bird Kiwi had her beak and nails trimmed for the first time. Dr. Cox was quick, efficient and great. Miss Kiwi didn't give me the cold shoulder afterwards! Her she is home sweet home.

The staff is very caring and considerate. My daughter mentioned that she wanted to be a Veterinarian and the Doctor encouraged her! He asked about her grades and had her listen to our cat's lungs and look in the microscope after drawing the cat's blood and suggested that she volunteer at an animal clinic/hospital. She was so excited!! Also, the doctor always calls sometime after a visit to make sure that our pets are still doing good. We take all of our pets there and I highly recommend All Animal Hospital ☺️

Took my sons Bearded Dragon to get his eye checked out. I had never been to this animal hospital. Called to make an appointment but they took walk-in’s till 11:00. Super friendly staff. Was seen quickly even though they were busy. They had Lucky fixed up quickly and I felt very reasonably priced.

All Animal Hospital has a wonderful staff and physicians. Dr. Stevens treated CoCo for diabetes and was very through in explaining how to administer the shots twice a day. Both, Dr. Stevens and Dr. Cox have treated both our dogs and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
