Went into store to get phone service for my parents. Derick our sales associate worked with us and explained the options for us and what would work best for what we needed. Saved some money in the process which is always a plus! Derick was terrific in assisting us with setting everything up and all the questions we had. Had issues with iPhone 13 pro max. Brand new phone but Verizon network cut out randomly. I was from out of town, 1000 miles away. I walked in store and asked if there was an outage. Salesman said no and tried to sell me a sim for $10. I then asked again, I don’t want to buy a sim, just need to check if it’s a Verizon issue or a phone. Salesman just stated I would need to buy a $10 SIM card but if it doesn’t work I would be just out $10. I asked if there was an issue with Verizon network and just stated I would need to go to a true Verizon store. I asked where the closet store was, he stated “North”, I said north where? He stated “about 12 miles”. I then stated I have to data, voice or even able to call Verizon support on my phone. I also stated I can’t even look up information on Google Maps without data. Looked at me with blank stare so walked out and went to store with free Wi-Fi to use google maps for location. Horrible service

Michael is awesome!! If you're looking for a new phone, definitely go see him. He answered ALL of my husband's questions, made sure everything was up and working correctly, and made sure all of his apps transferred. Will for sure be back with any other Verizon needs we have!

Yesterday I was foolish enough to leave my phone on top of my toolbox and drove off, it got ran over countless times. I went to Verizon today to get a new phone. I was very pleased with the service I received! Michael Robertson help me complete the task of transferring my information from one phone to the other. We also ported my phone from a another company to Verizon which they were not easily persuaded to allow me to depart!! Michael work diligently to get the task completed. I’m very grateful for his diligence and I believe I will be very pleased with my service.

I went to the Verizon store in Olive Branch, MS, with questions about difficulties with my phone. Peyton was the representative that helped me. Peyton was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He answered all of my questions…even the stupid ones…with great patience. I don’t know that I have ever had such an enjoyable experience at a phone store. Being met with a smile and a friendly personality goes a long way. Adding that to the quick, solid knowledge about the products and services creates an all around excellent experience.

Had a great experience with Michael R even though the former carriers we were potting from tried to make his job difficult. He kept his cool and even stayed late to deal with them to make sure we got 3 lined from 2 different carriers ported over to one new account! 10/10 would recommend!

We went in here on Saturday lunch to buy two new phones and add a line for our son. Taylor was quick and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and offered us many deals. We actually enjoyed our visit.
