I received both of my vaccines here. I was able to call the day before my first dose and they got me in the next day. Additionally, they scheduled my second dose for me. When I decided to get the booster, they were able to see me that day. Excellent customer service!

A.MAZ.ING.!!! BIG shout out to Saltillo Pharmacy!!! I can not say enough good things about this place and their staff!! I am not easily impressed, but I certainly am with them!! They are fast, super friendly, and very knowledgeable! They answer the phones quickly and are excellent at going over any questions you have about your Rx. They actually called me 2x to go over pricing also! The drive thru is wonderful AND they deliver locally!! You don't get service like that anywhere anymore, with the exception of this great place, Saltillo Pharmacy and Solutions.

I moved EVERY prescription I have to Saltillo Pharmacy from Walmart....It's about the same money, it's more convenient, and they deliver!!!

I don't know why I haven't commented about my hometown pharmacy before. I started using the services of Latina when she was at a different pharmacy and continued when she opened the new one. There are lots of new faces since Fred's closed, but you are ALWAYS made to fill that your needs & your health are their #1 concern. Whenever I call in for refills, they always seem to know exactly which person I am(my name is very common). It's a much more personal exoerience than a big box pharmacy and I'm happy knowing I'm supporting a small business. Since the COVID19 pandemic, they have truly raised the bar making even more of their free deliveries and that's helped to limit people's exposure....especially if you're like me and don't have a great immune system to begin with. Words cannot really express I am to have such a great hometown pharmacy AND that doesnt make you wait for HOURS at the "mart" behide the "wala". To me, it's critical to get in and out of a pharmacy when you have a loved one waiting on their medications. I'm thankful all the drivers(who are SUPER sweet) are also very attentive to keeping us safe when they drop off our prescriptions. My Service. dog, Bernie the 150# Bernese Mtg Dog is ALWAYS so happy to see them LOL. I think it might be because he gets SEVERAL deliveries a month from Chewy and Hollywood Feed out of Memphis. OR it could be that when hes not on duty his favorite activity is meeting new people. Either way, I do appreciate the drivers bcuz when he comes up to see who it is they just take it in stride at seeing a dog the size of a LARGE miniature horse. My advice.... If you want to avoid the hustle & bustle of Tupelo, want actua lcustomer satisfaction, want better prices, less mistakes and need free delivery THEN the only LOGICAL choice for you is Saltillo Pharmacy and Solutions. One mkre thing. ALL the pharmacists there are happy to answer your questions AND helping you to understand YOUR meds. IF by some unfortunate .imcident you were written a prescription that might interfere with a medication you are already on, don't fret bcuz they will inform you so you & your healthcare provider can decide on a safer alternative. They have a superior line of vitamins & minerals as well and a small section see aside for last minute gifts. Their candles are amazing and come in lovely ceramic pieces that are wonderful for reusing once the candle is gone.
