Their online menu prices don’t match what the actual prices are, most likely out of date and that’s not the customers problem. They charge “sides” for blu cheese and celery for wings for an additional price.. Portions are inadequate for price. And there’s some weird green thing inside my pizza crust

There website is always down so u can't place online orders and they ignore your phone calls at lunch time and then when they finally answer the phone with won't be until 1 or 1:30 after their lunch rush they have an attitude because your placing an order

Used to work here a while ago and always enjoyed the food. Was crossing paths and decided to stop by. The food was delicious, possibly better than before! We really enjoyed it and it was nice to see some familiar faces

I cannot get delivery due to the fact their system doesn't recognize us... ALSO, when I did a telephone order... I sure as bologna didn't get EXTRA MEAT OR CHEESE FOR MY CHEESE STEAK OR CHICKEN STEAK. WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Hard to get hold of the manager

We traveled from Baltimore to the Georgetown Yacht Basin and stayed at the Sassafras Harbor Marina. The Marina was great. We looked up Pizza House and ordered dinner. We got the Old Bay wings and a Pizza. First the wrong slip at the Marina was on our order. After we found the delivery guy and got back to the boat we started to look at our food. We ordered Old Bay wings and a pizza. The pizza was pretty good, but the wings were completely inedible. There was so much seasoning on they were literally orange. Salty is an understatement. We called and complained and they offered us a discount next time we order. That's a discount we will never get.

Ordered a pizza at 6:07 and received it at 7:48. I understand if they were busy, but the pizza was not hot and half was burnt. I called to inform the manager and was told he would give me 10% off my next order..... yep! So, I told him to keep his 10% and he just lost a customer.

They have changes hand this is place we really enjoyed. 2 nd time there with new owners. The food was terrible order pizza cheese steak withe mushrooms the roll was burnt the samwitch had grit in it. Hardly any mushrooms or pizza sauce just a bad sandwich. My wife ordered cheese steak she was not happy. My grandson ordered wings and fries, the wings were good fries over cooked. On top of bad food they raised all their prices. Delivery is still fast and food is hot when delivered.Now I have to find a new pizza store when I need delivery

My husband and I called Pizza House from Orlando, FL to send dinner to our friends! Ali helped us and was so lovely to work with! She answered all of our questions and was so sweet and kind to help us send our friends dinner! Prices were incredibly reasonable and we of course assume the dinner was wonderful! More of the review to come when we hear back from our friends! To sum it up, THANK YOU ALI and Pizza House!

The only thing stopping that extra star is mushrooms. A mushroom cheese steak shouldn't have very visible mushrooms. It was good, don't get me wrong, but I like to see something I pay extra for!

Food is very good. Garlic butter wings were a blessing after a long hot day. Delivery was quick and courteous. I wouldn't normally review a pizza shop out of the blue. But this experience was far too positive to not give them credit where credit is due.
