Rude mgmnt. Minor accident, due to them narrowing entrance way, bc they placed cones outside their personal side office entrance just behind the gated entrance way. Then they decided to UNLAWFULLY not only lock us not out of the gated entry, but out of our 30K camper. We had to call cops. Officer made them take locks off, and release camper back to us . They are impatient and couldn't wait for insurance adjuster to investigate. Then they decided to evict us with only 15.mins notice. Rent was paid up to date, but this is what you will deal with if you decide to do business with them. Immature, unprofessional, and rude. They broke the law, 1) by locking us out. 2) evicting us and not refunding our money for unused rental. 3) not giving us 30 days notice. We are considering taking them to court, I personally don't need the additional stress. Just beware before going to this place and remember there are other storage companies nearby or within a 15 mile drive. We have located a more professional ran business that has a proper gated entrance and appropriate space for campers, with no deep potholes, no potholes at all. So one does not have to choose between 4 wheeling their camper, or trying to maneuver around a bunch of unnecessary orange cones that narrow the entrance. And Hwy P Stor it & Park it did not have the mirrors up that the have now... Ummm.. again not professional, just a ma and pop business. Maybe they should've considered those mirrors along time ago, especially in such a tight place.

Hit yellow pole coming into unit trying not to hit there stupid cones blocking entrance pulling a 27 foot camper owner came out said I hit key pad so we told her will get our insurance to investigate they replace key pad before insurance came out demanding payment or they would lock me out which was against the law and also told my insurance agent that I had a drinking problem I told insurance go ahead and pay them I'll get camper fixed but never met her husband who said this but there very lucky I'm not suing them for a weeks non use of camper because of lock out and slander my name to insurance but I'm a better person than them don't go there

My son rented a unit for a month, When he left he cleaned the unit and the manager refused to give his deposit back. Very hateful.

I will never rent a storage unit from Highway P Stor It & Park It. We pulled into this place to ask the owner the cost and availability of a unit when he approached us and told us aggressively “to back (our truck and trailer) out of his drive the same way we came in” (backing onto P highway) We never even got the chance to ask the price of the units let alone the availability. If this is the way he acts I wouldn’t want to deal with him on a business level.
