We used to have storage at public storage. Both times with them was a nightmare so we decided on trying StorageMart. We are so glad we did! The manager was so wonderful, helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The facility was spotless everywhere. She took us to our unit and opened it up for us. The unit was was totally cleaned. I recommend StorageMart to everyone.

If you’re reading reviews to see if you should rent from here don’t bother, they overcharge, claim first month rent is free then charge ur card 310$! Then are to lazy to open the gate they are trained to send you through and send a 26ft U-Haul up a steep hill where it’s a common occurrence for them to get stuck and claim it’s not there problem! Left us stuck for hours then proceeded to leave the property and left us with no access to the unit through the gate they originally should have sent us through!. Been trying to get ahold of storage manager for a week! Claimed they would call back in 15 minutes had to sit on hold for another TWO 40 minute phone calls. the next day with a promise of a call from corporate within 24-72 hours! Day three still no call and no explanation OR call from manager or higher up! ridiculous!!! An absolute joke

First time renting a unit. When I went into the office in the middle of June to set everything up I specifically requested that an invoice be mailed to me for 2 reasons. First, so I'd remember to pay & secondly, so I'd have a paper copy to file for tax purposes for my business. They said they normally only send out an email invoice, but would make an exception for me. Rent is due on the first of the month, I get a phone call from an automated system on July 5 telling me I'm 3 days late & I owe way more than what my agreement states. I get transferred to a person to ask why rent isn't the agreed upon amount & they explain it's late so there's a fee. I tell her I didn't get a bill in the mail so and transfers me to the actual office on the Outer Road. The woman I spoke w/ was NOT FRIENDLY in the least. I asked why I didn't receive a bill in the mail as I was told I would when signing paperwork? "We don't do that" & after asking politely if there's anyway they could, she gave me a hard "No". Then I asked if there was a way to send me some sort of automated text reminder or phone call (same thing they have set up to collect money when it's late) a few days before payment is due. To no surprise I got another hard "NO" from her. Finally, because it never hurts to ask, I asked if there was any way they'd waive the fee as a courtesy due to lack of communication as I'm a brand new customer. Especially after they straight lied to me by telling me they'd send an invoice in the mail as well as the fact that the storage unit rental is a new bill to me which I'd just paid 2 weeks prior. I'll let you guess what her kind hearted, customer oriented business response to that was....... BINGO, you win, another hard "NO". Followed by "it's written in the paper you signed rent is always due on the 1st just like any other bill you pay". The owners of the Storage Mart off the Outer Rd of I-70 heading East bound off the Woods Chapel Exit are inconsiderate, rude, greedy, unfriendly, & unprofessional so don't make the mistake I did. Pay a little extra so you get the customer service, understanding, & the recognition you are a person purchasing a service from their business.

Yessss this girl is awesome! Deja made everything completely go smoothly, she showed me where my unit was and made sure I could put the lock on without issues (I purchased lock from her), she is very personable, and respectful my little man was running crazy in the lobby and she has so much patience with him throwing boxes around while I was signing my lease. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. She was very thorough with the lease agreement to make sure I understood due date, late fees, how the protection worked, what i was being charged every month, and ways to pay. Thanks girl 😁
