Wonderful staff. Super helpful when I came in to use the self wash station. Very clean and lots of great products to use. It smells AMAZING in there as well with their bakery.

The South location is a great selection for dog owners, but their cat section is lacking. I've tried going in there multiple times for different cat foods, and they keep reducing the selection. It's frustrating that the "bigger" store location is not more accommodating for all pets. They are very dog-centric. Also, their staff is quick to rush you out the door. It's unfortunate with gas prices that I have to drive across town to get friendlier service and more feline product selection. They do offer "special order", but when I've tried that before it takes forever and is inconsistent. I'm just very disappointed with the South location. Kudos to the North location.

Hey, now here's a place fit for your kings and queens of the 4-legged realm: toys, specialty foods, climbing items and so much more. Questions: answered completely and concisely. Requests: acknowledged and actually looked in to. Explanations for any and all items featured in the spacious store display area. Other services are available, as well as, reasonable...and extremely clean facilities awaits you and your pet. Try their place, you shall enjoy it.

L&R is the best. The owners are super involved and fantastic. The staff are amazing. I won't go anywhere else for my pet needs unless they can't get it.

Great place to go for all your dog/cat needs! I love how they sell things that are actually good for your pets. The employees are all super friendly and knowledgeable. And their store cats are a bonus!

The dog wash is amazing. They give you all the shampoo and conditioner you need, provide towels, hair brushes and a blow dryer. It's a little pricey but worth the money. We have been 3 for times and it was worth it every time

Great grooming services. However, at my dog’s first grooming appointment, I was charged for a full bath when my dog only received a nail trim and face mask. I was given the option to drive back to the store for a refund or have it applied to my next groom so I drove back to the store for a refund. Additionally, I just tried to make another appointment at the same location but was told my groomer was at a different location and I must be mistaken (I’m not, the location I went to is a block and a half away from my house) and that I’d either have to go to the other location or wait a very very long time to be scheduled at the same one I originally went to. Thought I finally found a place my dog could be groomed when I just can’t fit it in my schedule. Sadly, scheduling and organization seems to be lacking here.
