I travel for a living so I go to hundreds of gas stations every year. At most stations the attendants are grumpy at best, at this station they were extraordinarily kind and helpful. The station was clean and well organized. I would absolutely stop there again.

The workers are rude and the restrooms are disgusting, and the worker actually had the nerve to ask me why I didn't wash my hands but the bathroom so disgusting I had to use my foot to lift the toilet seat and used a paper towel to open the door worse customer service ever and when I replied to the worker that the restroom was disgusting the other worker tried to shut the door on me and the one who had the nerve to ask me that also turned around and said I have diseases I was going to this gas station almost every day wont be going back somewhere else will get my business so thank you Kevin for losing them business and we was spending money everyday we had a rewards card and everything I don't get why I was treated so badly yet I'm a regular customer me and my wife today is my nephews birthday that passed away so it was already a bad day for me and the workers turn around and treated me like that and please fix your customer service issues thank you

I am a regular at this gas station. The staff dont remember you, they are rude and "cash happy"... i have witnessed employees stealing out of the registers, they have a new employee every day and every time i come in an employee is standing at the register eating (sara). The new employees that start dont know how to use the registers properly and the cashier (alex) threw my i.d. at me this morning because he didn't like something i said. I will never return to this gas station unless it is the last one standing when god comes to take us home.

I use this store on a regular basis, it has always been great in the past. Over the last year the service has been going down hill. Today(09/01/2018) topped it all. There were 2 people visibly working no others showing. 1 on the register and 1 watching. While my gas was pumping I went inside to get a coffee joined 6 other people in line. After paying for my coffee I finished pumping my gas. The message on the pump stated my receipt would be available inside. I went back in the store to see a line of 8 to line up behind. I asked the young lady who was watching the other person work, if she would mind giving me a receipt. She was visibly upset that I had bothered her. She did give me the receipt. (Paper in the printer would have helped)

All pumps are pre pay or card only why? I'm a loyalty customer and after I swipe my loyalty card you know who I am so why make me walk in twice won't do it! And we have been warned about pump scams and not to use a card at the pump. Instead of punishing all customers beef up your security or increase your staff but driving off business is never a good thing

They know their regular customer's, they have clean bathrooms, they have light food, all kinds of icy cold beverages, friendly staff, will offer directions, has a activities guide for all of Columbia, Missouri and surrounding areas, best places to stay the night, nightlife, music, comedies, movie theaters and more, they have coupon magazines, for sale or rent Homes, College directories and more. Lots of gas pump lanes, semi trucks stop here often since it is right off I-70. I love this place, and Subway is in the same building. Go check them out!
