Terrible service. Recently moved from Dallas, Texas, the clerk wouldn’t accept my new Missouri license. Never had a problem before. The clerk was stand-offish and rude. Called me an a**hole. QuikTrip scanned my ID no problem.

Nancy just stayed late to make us a pizza and it’s perfect! She even gave the kids a piece of candy while we waited. She was super nice and did a great job! We will be back but won’t come a minute before the kitchen closes!

Wow I went this store today to get an Icey! Saw the Machine working! Saw there is a sign that you have to ask for assistance. So i waited in line. When i got to the cashier and i asked him for one he was so rude to me. Said No. I said ok. I had some things in my hand that i had brought in. He said you gonna pay for that. No cause they were already mine. Very rude. I wont be back.

I recommend avoiding this location (100 Old Towne Dr, Eureka, MO 63025) unless you want to be disappointed. It is a typical convenience store: gas station, car wash, junk food purchases. Not visible from major highway 44 so probably mainly accessed by locals. It is located in a physically depressed area of Eureka that has been flooded more than once over the past few years. The main building is old. It used to be a Shell station, but was purchased by the Circle K brand a few years ago. The access roads to getting back onto Highway 109 are dangerous due to limited visibility and no right-of-way. I used to stop at Circle K because it was right next to my commute to work. They had a fried finger food counter where I would pick up a bag of cheese sticks, breaded mushrooms and shrimp. Over time, I noticed their car wash was regularly shut down for repairs. Their credit card machines often failed, leaving me with the only option to pay with cash (if I happened to have it). The staff hired was poorly trained and possessed an attitude that was not becoming of service workers. Sometimes the checkout lines were so long (slow staff getting the customer their cigarettes or lotto cards) that they ran deep into the product aisles. Contrast that to the staff at the nearby QuickTrip who have all lanes staffed and are dedicated to getting you in and out as fast as possible. After all the frustration I had with Circle K over the years, I told my wife I was no longer going to give them my business. But for some reason, on March 20, I decided my car needed a wash. Rather than use the new car wash that had just opened in Eureka, I got gas at Circle K and paid at the pump for their $10 regular car wash. When I drove over to the car wash entrance, a sign said 'CLOSED FOR REPAIR'. I tend to think that when people buy a car wash, they have an immediate need and want to get it washed right away. My car was very dirty and that was my motivation. I had to drive away and accept the fact that I would have to check to see if the wash was open another day. So I did. Three times in the next 5 days. On day 6, March 25, I stopped in to get my $10 back for 'services not rendered'. I recorded the audio of the encounter just in case I ran into a problem. Here is the conversation that transpired: ME: "I need a refund for a car wash that I can't redeem because your car wash has been closed for 5 days." CLERK: "It never expires." ME: "I want 10 dollars back. I don't want to have to keep coming by to see if it is open to get my car washed." CLERK: "Well, we are waiting on a part to come in." ME: "You shouldn't be selling car washes if you can't ... (interrupted by clerk)". CLERK: "Somebody ran into the side of the car wash." ME: "That's not my problem. If people get a car wash they want it washed that day." CLERK: "I DON'T NEED THAT ATTITUDE!" ME: "Well that's good because I am recording this and I am going to post it on the internet." (At this point the manager comes out of her office and apologizes. In the mean time, another clerk gives me $10 in cash. ME: I will never be back here again. I've had so much trouble with this place. Mainly the people behind (the counter) that have an attitude. It is just one thing after another. This is the last thing I am going to do EVER at this place. MANAGER: I'm sorry. (I leave the store) I feel sorry for the manager. However, I've worked in the service industry for many years. Do not continue to hire people who engage in combative conversation with customers. Your future revenue from that customer will be $0. The clerk who was combative with me has been working at Circle K for years. I cringe at the thought of how many other customers have had to endure such disrespect.

This place has the most personable, friendly staff I've ever run into. (FYI) Chesters Chicken, is the Colonels original recipe. So if you want the original KFC recipe you'll want Chesters Chicken.

just bought two lunch burritos, two separate signs say 2 for 5.50, I go inside and purchased two burritos and fountain soda total was just shy of 10 dollars, I know my math is not that great but I know my basic math well enough, not happy with the store

Heather is great, always friendly and so personable!! She's is truly an asset to this convenience store (Eureka, MO)...management should consider putting another employee on her shift(s) w/ her...it's a busy enough location for 2 employees per shift!! Too much to do for ONLY one individual. 😁🤔
