Well...it was quite messy in housewares. There are several empty boxes and packages of items that have been stolen all over. Very disappointing that this location can only get it together for a week or so then it's all down hill. I also have to make sure I'm being charged the correct price...the price on the shelf tag. Watch your screen to make sure you are charged correctly.

Never opened between 11:30-1pm went to their doors several times recently and their locked and multiple cars pulling off this is ridiculous And they never answer the phone I MEAN Ever the h*ll type of Business are they running here!? I’m confused and it’s upsetting to go to a place that’s supposed to be open and on NUMEROUS occasions 11:30-1:30 their closed and not answering phones ! Close this store down they clearly can’t keep a dedicated staff

Got to the store at 9pm. Sign says their store is open until 10pm. Cashier was sitting at the register on his phone ignoring me at the door. I called the stores phone number and it told me that all customer service reps were busy and hung up. I just wanted some plastic silverware.

Great little store, always in and out really quickly without super long lines. The only bad thing is they aren't always consistent with the products they carry.

Unclean and nothing is priced correctly. Always a surprise at the check out on cost of items. No one wants to help and boxes everywhere in the store.

Poor customer service spoke directly to sales clerk to receive no response back and after checking out said have a good day, but yet still no retort.

This family dollar has restored my faith in this retail chain. The manager, Jessica, went above n beyond in assisting me fund the products I was looking for. A big round of applause on the store being far more organized n clean then other family dollar in the area. Great job family dollar on Howdershell

Used to enjoy stopping in here, but the place is filthy and smells nasty. Today was my last visit. I had three items, totaling abt $12. The checker was no where to be found. Left my items at the counter. Turns out she was OUTSIDE, visiting with someone!! I will shop where i am welcomed and my money is appreciated. Family Dollar on Howdershell is NOT it.
