Customer service is ALWAYS A1 at this location. Thanks guys and great job! As of May 2022 this store has really fallen. It's too Chaotic. Boxes everywhere. You have to step over them and nothing on the shelves. Is everything out of stock? Very messy and unorganized.

Giving this store a 2 because normally I have no issues in here and it may be one of the cleanest stores I been in. Today I went in to buy some $7 soap and a hair detangler. I used my credit card as normal waiting to receive receipt, the cashier asks do I want a receipt I said “no” and she said have a good day. As I’m sitting in my car now, another worker comes out and says the girl who checked me out said I didn’t pay… I have never been a thief so I be damn if someone gonna just say I didn’t pay… Hire people who know what they doing at the damn machine. That was so embarrassing.

Their hours were supposedly just updated, and currently say 8am-10pm, but a week ago I came a little after 9pm just to be told they were closed. Today, I came at 8:30am, and they still weren’t open. Update your hours. They clearly need to hire more employees because the store is always a mess! Boxes and crates everywhere, you can barely walk down half the aisles, just horrible. Oh, and most of the time you should be prepared to stand in the check out line for awhile.

This store is absolutely pathetic! Boxes and debris everywhere as if nobody works there to put any of it away. There is so much stuff in the aisles on the floor it's almost impossible to walk through. This store desperately needs management hired who can delegate responsibilities properly. And many more staff members hired. The current staff is not to blame here, this is a company problem and needs to be fixed! I have tried this location several times and it is just not improving. Sorry

I wish Rachel was here she had this store running awesome. This does not even deserve a star. Every aisle is filled with boxes and crates nothing is cleaned up, there was ahorrible raw sewage smell throughout the store. I went in for two things, dog and cat food. I was lucky enough this time that there was something there, normally there is a cart with the supplies like "Find it yourself... good luck!" This is a horrible way to run a store, not only that the service was horrible never even got a word in because the woman at the counter was too busy facetiming her friends at a part to even look up. I was helped, but not by someone who works there, I was helped by a woman who was purchasing things too. WORST customer service ever.

They need more help in that store. There are isles you can't walk down because there are big carts with items that needs to be stocked on the shelves. I've seen it kinda like this before, but never this bad.

This store is good I shop here sometimes. It is a but cluttered though so you have to squeeze through some spots. I went there today and bought some candy and a Pirouline Dark chocolate creme filled wafers. Well I open it and it's empty so I literally bought an empty can. And I'm mad about it cause I was gonna give some to my mom
