This site has been newly remodeled. It is much easier to get in as they have moved the registers away from the entrance. As of 10/2020, it has a lot of empty shelves, but I think they are doing their best to catch up. Employees are nice and the site is clean.

First time going and I’m sure it will be the last time. The shelves at this location are so bare that I don’t understand how they are even making a profit. I asked a girl stocking if she could see if toilet plungers have came in. She told me, we are always out because they never send any on the new shipments every time. Clearly poor management and inventory are to show for the empty shelves.

I don't want to donate and we shouldn't have to be asked to donate at the cash register. She asked if I wanted to donate the change for kids to make it an even 5 dollars. That's all she said, I said what do you mean for kids? What does that entail? I almost had to pry it out of her. She couldn't really explain it. I said what for, books, to learn how to read what. She said yes. I said well I taught myself how to read and that's all I said then she gets mad at me about it. Train employees to do a better job of asking and get them better informed before I give my hard-earned money, instead of them asking the government to donate. Better yet put a container of some sort with a label on and explaining what the donation container is about, and then have the customers see it and then if we want to donate we will do it. No communication involved. if the employees are going to react tell them to leave their bad personalities at home. It was a young black female employee. I did not catch your name.

I would have given a 0 if possible! Worst experience ever, trashy store with ignorant, rude manager. The employee was nicer than the mgr. We wanted to buy two $50 gift cards. After we paid we were told one was invalid. So the cashier refunded our $$, and we were told we couldn't get two, so I said I wanted a refund for both. We were then told we couldnt. When we get outside we check the balance on the card we HAD to buy and the balance is $0. Who does business like that?

Do not go here on a weekend especially Saturday afternoons. There's always a line that's usually around 8-13 people deep and only one cashier open. Manager is never around and poor cashier has no help and everyone is getting upset. The atmosphere and all around vibe is not pleasant. Same thing happened today. The Line was backed up to the aisles and only one cashier available. God forbid if someone had to rent a rug doctor or get propane i couldn't imagine how much chaos that would have caused. WHERE'S THE MANAGER???!

The cashier's were very helpful, i went to the checkout asked for bubbles and the cashier said, i will go and look to see if we have bubbles, She didn't just say go look in the aisle, Loved it, Keep up the good work

The Happy hour food and drinks were nothing short of Amazing! Loved it! Our caretaker Andy was Fabulous. He took really good care of us. He was more than just a waiter. 😶👏👍😎
