Never pizza in the afternoons and when you call to order the kitchen is always closed because they are to lazy to make a pizza and then they get an attitude.

When an older disabled lady accidentally locked her keys, purse, and cellphone in her car in 103 degree weather and needed to call for help they absolutely refused. It's "against company policy" to be a decent human and let her call for help or for them to call for help for her. Instead they made her wait until a customer was nice enough to let her use their cellphone. I stop at this gas station occasionally when driving to and from Jeff city and its ok....bathroom is clean about half the time....trash is cleaned up half the time....half the time though the store is gross. It's a hit and miss store.

And I’m only giving two stars because the bathrooms are decently clean. If I had written this review a year ago I would’ve given this location five stars they were clean friendly and always had fresh food available whenever we stop in on our way to Lake of the Ozarks. But since about June 2020 this location has had issues keeping it food stocked when the other break Time locations in the area have no issues keeping hot food stocked. Cleanliness has gone down and the employees are not friendly at all. I will not be coming back to this location the ones in Jefferson City are so much better.

They are always friendly and understanding the employees are very polite, friendly and willing to help if you need and they are usually quick even when super busy.

Was there at 4 pm. No pizzas out in the heater and was just putting pizzas in the oven. There should ALWAYS be a rotation of pizzas going in so people don’t have to wait for them to get done. The employees were rude when asked about the pizzas and treated us like we were an inconvenience for them. The card readers did NOT work at all!!! The employees working when we were there were completely lazy and rude. They did not want to work. All the employees working when we were there was sit around, talk to each other, and eat the food they were supposed to be selling. They do NOT need to be working with the public with their attitudes. Due to this experience, I do NOT see my self returning anytime soon.

Nice remodeled place but the people working counters are very slow always a line dont expect to get in and out of this place quick. My wife's been in there 10 mins just to get a road beer. And I had enough time to leave this review.

The 2 stars are for the evening shift employees. They are the best. The day shift including the manager need to be retrained on how to serve customers PROMPTLY and without calling them names and cursing.

Place is open but doesn't seem to have a cashier on duty that's willing to work the counter. Two people left this morning because there wasn't anyone working the counter.

Great Little gas/fuel station to stop and fill up or get a quick snack and nice clean restrooms. I visited usually in afternoon between 3 pm and 5 pm. Out of the way and right off the highway.
