I returned a product and this was a smooth transaction. They did not have bleach which was probably due to the floods and no flounder. I will be happy when Sam's bring back this food item.

Is there not a disrict manager who pays unannounced visits to the StL locations? C'mon. I realize this is Wal-Mart/Sam's and a low level of service is to be expected. But this one (along with its sister store next door) is an embarrassment. It's FILTHY. 3PM, the snack bar is not crowded and not a single table was cleaned off. There was a soda spill some time earlier, long enough for it to turn sticky, and instead of mopping the floor, someone threw a warning flag, which was on is side. I don't fault the person working the register or the grill--they work their butts off. But there always seems to be a gaggle of (I guess) supervisors standing around doing nothing but talking eight next to the filthy tables. I know, I know...not my job. Someone needs to codify that by unionizing Sam's Club. At least they'd have an excuse for standing around with their thumb up.............

Visited their tire center twice over the past month to try and get tires. Both times the associates tried to tell me to go on the website and order tires. Even though the Sam's tire center website is incredibly broken for my model of car (unsure if it works for others) extremely dissatisfied with the service considering how great other Sam's centers have treated me in the past. I'm now legitimately scheduling a tire service on a road trip to visit friends because I know I'll be able to trust the tire center in a different city.

Limited selection of breads, no vegetarian spring rolls, took about 10 min and manager's help to redeem Sam's e- gift card I received after getting membership. It's the only option to do it and even that didn't work well. Update. 6/30/22. Just doing regular shopping while using app to checkout is great, still need to go through checkpoint to leave though. Navigation/signage in store could be certainly improved.

I was buying gas you know basically Sam’s Club gas is cheaper than anywhere else that I know of. But they can do better. We are loyal customers!

Prices missing from several items. No one i asked knew difference between yellow price signs and white priced signs. Understand this Sam's is a very busy store but only shop this location for logistical reasons. Prefer Manchester and Big Bend locations for multiple reasons

Overall, I love this location! It’s so convenient for me and they seem to always be fully staffed. I also appreciate their I come to this Sam’s club with my boyfriend every week.. and every week the stock is inconsistent. Specifically - the cheese section. If something is out of stock on the aisle or section, there should be a protocol in place where customers can report this to the store clerks and get immediate assistance. I know this might be picky but I have to be picky about it because this is a product we need weekly. To rarely have it in stock but keep it as a product is a waste of time. Again - maybe I just need to find a different location or find a new grocery store that keeps their stock consistent (which sucks because I’ve personally shopped here for over 10 years). Hoping this can get checked out! The brand of cheese is Supremo btw! Haha.

Arrived from out of town for a cigarette run. The cage was closed. Employees saw us at cage and did not bother to engage. When we approached them, they had no eye contact, displayed the attitude that we were inconveniencing them and did not want to answer our question or make the effort to find out - "I do not know" and walked away. Eventually went to a manager and received the same "i dont know" response with the same no eye contact. Eventually, we located another manager and she came up with a response of, no one is here that can sell cigarettes and we do not know when or if anyone will be here to do so. Then, turned and walked away. It does not take much effort to put a smile on a face, look at the customer and actually make an effort to get an honest answer. There is a device called a Walkie-Talkie that none of them used to seek an honest answer. Sad because, these employees forgot the adage, treat others as you would like to be treated

Super! Recommend. Assortment and prices are similar to Costco. BUT it’s better that they accept not only Visa, but also MasterCard credit cards (unlike Costco, which work only with Visa).
