If I could give them negative star review I would. Do not even think about going here if you need any help. You will get disrespected first off by the receptionist who can not help you or get anything resolved nor will she give any effort. Very argumentative no one else to talk to. I am a health care professional who has been trying to get a problem resolved for a non English speaking patient and absolutely no help. So please if you need a psychiatrist look for somewhere else this place is absolutely a joke. I never dealt with such unprofessional and uncaring staff.

This is the first and only review I have ever left for anything on google. The fact that this is supposedly a space for treatment is laughable. The receptionists you speak to, who are the first people you have to talk to in order to even begin treatment, are so inconsiderably rude and disrespectful. It’s unbelievable to me that they are even working in this field. I deeply fear for those who are in crisis in any shape or form, because the staff here is not helpful, kind, or considerate in any way. They do not want to help you. Don’t waste your time.

I received a call from an "Intake" employee. A side note, I have an app on my phone that records calls because my medicine causes memory lapse (short term) and it's a quick convenient reference for me. In THIS situation it will be used for other purposes. I won't step one foot near that facility. That person was the most disrespectful, ignorant, poorly trained, & blatant hatred of her job that I felt worse for her than for myself. I will be forwarding the audio to the proper individuals, the individuals that sign their paychecks & the community that so generously grant them donations. I may struggle with mental health issues but I'm far, very far from being stupid and/or less than. And that was your ONLY intention when you spoke to me. God Bless you darling, maybe you should have someone from Intake give YOU a call.🙏

Horrible. I did so much to enroll my mother in the program for them to drag their feet. They barely brung her meds to her house and when they did they slide them under to door. I can't tell you how many times I called and they didn't return calls. The people at the front desk is the rudest. Just ashamed people with disabilites are already looked and treated differently. Then you have this place that's SUPPOSED to help them. But not and true people very rudely. My mom hates going to this place unless I'm going with her. Weird right???

This place is terrible. They want to ask a thousand questions but dont help you find living conditions. It's just some sort of way to gain more federal funding. Asked me a bunch of personal questions in an office where all other staff were ear hustling. I have a lot of legal issues and it's a struggle just not to give up. I haven't had my medication in almost 4 months. I hate this world

Shaneka and the rest of the impact team employees headed by Britney stood up very important directors of two Rcf today. Theirs no respect all their clients are a joke and they talk and laugh about us behind our backs.I finally woke up and now left these people

They want tlo stay outside says Rcf building is bugged so they meet their quota and expect me to meet outside in hot cold or rain weather. The impact team is unusually strange this way I needed support no matter what conditions I lived in

They provide a daily meal and a safe place out of the weather for 8 hours. I got a job and needed a bus ticket to get there and they couldn't help though.

Places for people has been the best thing to ever happen for me in my life. I was near death. Places for people came in at the right time . They have awesome teams that help people wanting to help themselves be a better person than they were yesterday . They are encouraging , helpful, show empathy , compassion and tough love . I am still struggling with my issue s, but through the team that I work with I have learned how to cope and deal with it . I went from hopeless to hopeful . The other clients I met always had an encouraging smile and a nice word for me , and i am not a very social person so that was a big stepping stone for me to even be sociable with groups of people . I have housing now because of them . I was homeless and on the streets. So I have come a long way. You have to WANT to get better. When your team sees that, they help you with all the resources they have available for you. And for that I am forever grateful .

I was seeing one of their psychiatrists. I clearly explained "I am an addict." Somehow, I managed to con the doctor out of a "small" prescription for klonapin. I never filled the script however, it only re-inforced to me, that the doctors are not in their profession for my well being but for their pocketbooks. One is too many, a thousand NEVER enough.
