Decided to take my quad here per a friends recommendation. Overall spent upwards of $2200 for a new head, timing chain, cams, piston, and labor. After roughly 24 hours of actual run time. (I'm being generous saying 24 hours) it dies at idle. Called them up to see what they could do and was told they have something like a 30 day warranty. It had already been more than 3 months. They told me I could bring it up and they would take a look at it, but I decided to opt out as I didnt want to make the same mistake twice. Upon teardown I found the (new) timing chain had snapped. As it turns out they re-used the original chain tensioner which on my quad is known for problems. After dropping such a large lump of money, I'd expect professionals to know that any new timing chain should also get a new tensioner regardless of it being a known problem or not. There is also the possibility they used a junk chain but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Dont come here for repairs unless you know exactly what your machine needs and state it exactly when you drop it off. You cannot count on them not taking shortcuts.

We purchased a 2020 Can-Am Defender XT. The owners were very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy. They didn't promise anything they couldn't deliver.

Great place to do business . They repaired my side by side , gave me an accurate estimate, completion date, called me to confirm total cost with all parts and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys...

I purchased a bike from them three years ago. The buying experience was the best that anyone could hope for. Since that time I have purchased parts and accessories and could not be more pleased with their service. Friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.

Nicest guys around . They treat you the way a customer should be treated . They worked on my side-by-side a while back and before a large item that was needed which was quite expensive they called and explained. I went down there today to look at 1 of the new Can-Am side-by-sides. Jay answered all my questions . I was quite impressed with it. I wanted to really open it up and see what it would do but I was gonna tear up their grass or machine, Besides it wasn't mine.....YET lol

I dropped my son's four wheeler off about two weeks ago and they said they were about 2 and a half weeks behind. They have already broken it down and found the problem. For it being the beginning of the season and everyone getting their stuff out and wanting it looked at and ready for summer they got it done in a timely manner. I have never gotten attitude or been cut off or been treated like I know nothing. Very respectful and proficient thanks guys!

No help. I was serious about an ATV. Staff walked right by. I looked at the inventory for quite a while. I may as well been invisible. There were 2 other people. No one was being helped. Staff was up front drinking sodas. And to top it off, overpriced by about 10-20%. I might have been ok w that if they were helpful since they were local. NEVER going back. I purchased it from a place in marthasville and am very happy.... really disappointed with this dealership. Really disappointed.

I was dropping a dirt bike tire off for my brother. When I got there the guy was in the back, and after a second he came out to ask what I needed. I told him I had a tire in my trunk and I assumed he would help me get it inside, and as we were talking the phone rang and he was like, "I have to grab this I'm the only person here" in a very condescending tone, like I expected him to ignore the phone for me. So whatever, I went out for the tire and he followed me, still on the phone, and he stood there and chatted with the other person about nothing of importance, the weather and whatnot, for a good 5 minutes while I stood around outside waiting for him to get done in 40 degree weather. By the time he got off the phone I had just gotten the tire out myself and started rolling it towards the store. He finally got off the phone, grabbed the tire and took it in and I followed. He was like, "Is there something else?" again, very rude. And I replied I needed to leave my brother's name and number with him because my brother told me they didn't have it yet. And he said, "Uh ok," so he grabbed a post-it, asked my brothers name, I told him and I started to spell it for him because his last name is very often misspelled, and after I said about the first 3 letters out of 11 he just started writing whatever he wanted, spelling it wrong and not even pretending to care what I was saying. Then he was like, "Ok bye." I'm assuming since I'm a girl, I look relatively young, I'm small and un-macho, and I'm not a dirt bike repair expert he thought it was ok to just assume I was stupid and treat me as if I were. This was a few months ago and I'm still not going to forget it, and I'll make sure no one I know goes here ever again. As such a small business you'd think they'd take customer service more seriously, but I guess the only thing they take seriously are male customers and pointless phone calls.
