Took my jeep cherokee there tonight thru the auto wash and the lower part of the car on doors was just as dirty after as they were before. Not happy!

Half the time the soap or other cleaners wont even come out. This time your junk machine robbed me of my money after i put i ton of quarters in then it shut off, reset, then wanted more money. Im furious, hope this car wash gets torn down

Well, I needed a car wash so I went through the automatic car wash on Friday 2/26/21. I tried to use my card and it would not take the payment. Then I put in 20$ cash. I was going to get the 9$ car wash however it only accepted 5$ cash. So I got 15$ stolen from me. Also it says on the machine that it takes $ 1, $5, $10 and $20. So I don’t understand why this happened.
