Long line to check out. Cashier was walking around on her phone. Finally got to the register and put her phone on speaker to ring up customers. No sense of urgency or greeting. Also not wearing a mask in a town with a mandate and a sign on the front door that all should wear one. The store is always awesome just this employee was out of sorts. Strange.

Guy behind the counter charged me for two of the $10 lottery tickets, clearly I only had gotten one but he insists that I got two of them, and needing every bit of money I can get, but I I am not able to do anything about it until tomorrow when his manager comes in, going to have to request video surveillance of it and making sure this associate gets disciplined for it because he is being a douchebag about it. Completely uncalled for and horrible service!

The new store is in great shape and being kept clean. They have regularly been out of stock on some items like their Freal smoothies, which they have basically had an empty fridge for before several times. Overall they have been great except for that though.

This store never has their slushie machines in working order. I've spoken to the manager about this issue and he seemed concerned at the time but the machines still never work or they have just failed to put flavor in them. I have three kids that love slushies but we are disappointed almost every time we come here. It is time to take our business elsewhere.
